Real bad service l bought a DVR from boss security and the boss was the one to sell it to me we took the unit the customers house and did the install after 2.5 weeks the customer called and said it stop working so we went to her house and found the unit had power but no Video output so we took the unit back to Boss security the Owner was the guy we spoke to he said that it was not our problem it was the 85 year old customers problem and he would send it away to be looked at and it could be a few days so we said it was our problem and we need to do the right thing and get the problem resolved. He got mad. And told us to wait out side ok we said after 20 minutes he walked up and shoved a replacement in the techs hand we said thank you. And we were greate full he did not reply he just walked away so if you want to buy equipment dont go to Boss Security no nice people

They will make sure you will get the surveillance equipment you need. And walk you through how to use it. Very helpful.
