It was a really good experience from start to present.I am not local so my son went to Livlon, meant Brian, test drove and looked over the Van. He was impressed as much with the dealer as he was with the vehicle and conversation.After many emails and phone calls I was also. I purchased the Van sight unseen.And I am so glad I did!Yes, the vehicle runs well, Yes the conversation is well thought out and executed. Beautiful workmanship and attention to detail. The guys even made a couple additions, at last minute, without hesitation. Since it is a conversation, there is not one manual for all the working parts. Norman and Brian were very patient with explaining all the details, and providing diagrams. This is the first time I have ever purchased a used vehicle so the entire process of purchasing an unknown was stressing to say the least. I found Brian and Livlon Auto Gallery via a link about a gorgeous Range Rover SVR I saw on Carfax. I contacted Brian and from the beginning it was nothing like a “business transaction” conversation but rather someone there assisting you in getting what you want. I explained to Brian how my 2018 Hellcat was recently stolen and was currently in Insurance buy-off proceedings. But by the time I got my buy off, that SVR was sold.
