Horrible service 4 people on the floor and no urge to provide any customer service .. my husband was requesting a shoe in size and the sales rep handed him the shoe back and said “this is the size; you could try this one .. he didn’t attempt to take the stuff out of the sample .. untie the shoelaces so he could try on the shoe .. meanwhile there just standing around talking .. in addition we stopped in before and I noticed aDrink spilled on the floor because I stepped in I told two associates you have something spilled on the floor needless to say no one cleaned It the just went right to there spot to continue their conversation..We will not be going back toCHAMPS .. At the boynton mall
