I did a custom order and had a deadline to meet for an event which they made sure they were done for. I was a referral from a long time customer and I won’t go anywhere else for the next batch. Thanks for all of the help Danny!

I ordered a shirt for my boss with plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas but it was lost by the Post office. This world we live in does not do well with the my word against theirs Scenario but I contacted Kluch Apparel and was treated SO well. Alexa And Sonja both helped me beyond all customer service expectations. They contacted the Post office on my behalf, assisted in a new order and even made sure the new order arrived before Christmas even though we were on a major time crunch. This issue was not even theirs to resolve, it really was the Post Offices error, and yet they made me feel like a VIP customer. I am so grateful for their kindness and would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so much Kluch!

Tried to get shirts made through this company but it was like pulling teeth trying to get things rolling. Ended having to go pick up my sample shirt and find someone else who wanted the work. Danny talks a good sales game but falls short when it comes to actually getting something done.Joe
