The process in which buying this engagement ring was made so simple. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant general manager Madonna was amazing!! She really help me get everything as it needed to be. I would definitely recommend her!!

I called the store to ask if I could drop off my new ring to be sized with the guarantee of it being ready the same day they told me yes so I drove 45minutes to drop it off at 11am when they opened. I get to the store and they gave me my receipt which says it would be ready by 6 PM, I arrive at 6:30 after work to be told they could not finish it because one of the technicians went home early. I would think that as soon as someone goes home early they would call me and let me know that it would not be ready. No, instead I waisted 45min after work driving there to be told it isn’t done. I also purposely called to make sure it could be same day because I didn’t want to be without my ring. Very unprofessionalUpdate : I picked up my ring today, the sizing is perfect and they did a good job with the metal can’t even tell it was resized. I was Disappointed in the fact that they didn’t reach out to me, but when we originally went to purchase the ring we did have a good experience

Mariana is absolutely amazing. I came in for a simple cleaning and inspection as well as a repair and she was fantastic. Went above and beyond! My stuff looks brand new. She even cleaned my ring i got from my grandmother. Shes so friendly. If you come her definitely ask for her.

The store is clean, and the associates there are very professional and caring. Prices are fair. Jarred is the only place we go for jewelry. Stop in and ask for Madonna, she is wonderful.

Disappointed! My husband has bought me quit a few pieces from here including a Pandora bracelet which I only got to wear twice by the 3rd time I pulled it out to wear it tarnished completely. It is less then a year old so we took it in and the associate told us they stopped selling pandora so there’s nothing they can do about it! I feel this is completely unexceptionable and asked my husband not to buy me anything else from Jared. It shows a lot about them I really wish they would of helped us. Now I’m out the charms he bought me for this bracelet until I can afford another one.

Historically Jared has always exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately at this location I was very disappointed with the lack of attention and VERY slow service. The best experience I’ve had was at the Altamonte Springs location. I went in for a ring inspection, there was no one at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes. There was another employee that was helping other customers, however she walked past me and didn’t say anything. She at least could’ve said “ someone will be right with you” etc. but instead nothing and then finally someone was summoned over to help me after I gave a few stares. The lady who helped me was nice but I expected a better experience. I have a very high standard for customer service especially as a high paying customer. Jared, I expect much better service and improvement of the overall customer service experience. Employees could definitely use training on how to properly greet customers and not just stand around the store waiting for instructions. I’m willing to try another Jared location however I will no longer be going to this one.

What started out as a rather disappointing experience turned into an opportunity for redemption the following visit. I needed a repair on a purchase made there 7 years ago. The first person I encountered handled me and the situation like a number, like a B rate customer. The follow up by Madonna the following day, however, was a much more personal and pleasant experience. My original 1 star rating of the business has now gone to a 4 star, at least. Thank you, Madonna, for your kindness. I recommend asking for her services should you visit this location.

Jewelry repairs are less than sub standard. Very sloppy repairs, unprofessional, extremely expensive and not guaranteed. DO NOT have any of your priced jewelry repaired here. They do not stand by their repairs. I made the mistake of trusting their name as a reputable jewelry store. Very disappointed!

I am here with my brother today to get his necklace cleaned from here and my bracelet. The young lady who helped us with that was perfect and very nice. While were waiting my brother was speaking to one of the other ladys on the floor about the jewelry and she seemed a bit stand offish as if we were trying to steal something. So as my brother is talking to her another customer walks in and she cuts him off and goes to the next customer . Rude didnt even want to finish the convo with my brother as if we cant afford the jewelry. Rude rude rude.

I came with my family to buy earrings. We walked around the entire showroom trying to get the attention of anyone working. No one had the time to either greet us or ask if we needed assistance. I understand if it was busy. It was not. The least you could do is tell us you will be with us in a few minutes. Never coming back.

Understaffed and very slow to provide service came here with my boyfriend to make a major purchase and was shocked to see only 4 staff members working when at least 20 costumers waiting to be helped. It’s unacceptable, if you are willing to wait though they have a great selection.

I would have never gone however my wife was interested in one off their rings... I tell you right now we will never go anyway else. I will drive out of my way to make sure I go to this Jared. The customer service is amazing. There is a kids room with climbing fort tvs and video games; knowledgeable staff; on site repair; free maintenance. The list goes on. We had an accident with one of our rings bent the prongs and lost the stone, lets just say it was an unhappy time. Not only are they fixing it... Its covered under the warrantee.Love this place. Shout out to Tiffany, our sales rep I guess, who walked its through the process from start to finish. Thank you.

Terrible experience!Im engaged and went into the store today so I could look at wedding bands...I asked a couple simple questions and the girl made me feel stupid. Im not a jeweler. I dont appreciate being treated so nasty. I will not be purchasing anything from the Boynton location or any other location. Side note I shared my experience on FB and a couple of my friends indicated that they had a similar experience at this same location. Good job Jareds!

So disappointed. I’m recently engaged and my ring was a bit too big so I came to Jared to have it sized down. After sizing my finger the 6.5 fit perfectly but was a bit tight around the knuckle so he insisted that I get a 6.75. I was hesitant and he saw that but still insisted the 6.75. I went to pick it up a few days later and it was too big so I had to have it resized a second time. When I went to pick up the band had such a different shape and I was devastated. My fiancé worked so hard to pick out the perfect ring. Before fianally telling me that polishing the ring slightly changes the band appearance they went on to say “So I heard you think we switched your band” which I had never implied I simply explained that the shape looks different. The lady who said that to me was very confrontational and unsympathetic. Justin, the regional manager was very professional and he was the only positive experience I had there. I think it’s very important to explain the resizing process to people in order to avoid misunderstanding. I also wouldn’t have had to go through this experience if I was listened to in the first place about what size I wanted in the first place. Im a very sad customer and how it was originally handled is unacceptable in my opinion. They also never offered me any alternatives

My salesperson was Alexander Sharove. I knew I wanted a Pandora bracelet, but not the details. Alexander was an enormous help. He offered guidance, and suggestions, without going into a hard sell. Im sure the rest of the staff is great, but Im asking for Alexander next time Im looking for jewelery.

This is a terrible jeweler. I asked them to quote out a bracelet for my wife and they never did even though I was willing to spend the money to have it done.Also, I had one of my white gold bracelets redone there and they did a horrible job. They did not polish it properly and they redipped it in a very thin layer of gold. The result was terrible and the repairs wore out within months.I would never purchase anything from this place or ever go back there for anything.

Terrible customer service. Didnt even acknowledge us when we came in. Waited 10 minutes and had to hunt down an associate to get any service. Associates response was I have to go direct traffic and will send someone to help you when theyre ready.

Watch repair....my watch was only about a year old purchased online from popular site. It cost approx $225 and stopped working. Had new battery installed elsewhere. Still didnt work. So I brought to Jared 1/31/2017. I was called a couple of days ago that it was ready....took weeks for an estimate. Then they claim it needed an overhaul $120. I never dropped it, banged it or got it wet. Picked up today but they would not give me back a copy if my original receipt and reference an order number, giving me a different receipt. The length of time it took was terrible. The watch is running. I have to say that taking almost 3 months is terrible. No one is ever in the store. Hmmmmm.

Horrible service and management. I went when the store opened at 12 only to see a sign on the door saying open at 1pm due to inventory. Drove out of my way home and back an hour later to see the same sign scribbled out with a open at 2pm message on it. Dont go out of your way to this store even if prices are a little cheaper, what you save going somewhere else will be the gas money.

Walked in to buy a watch in the $500 price range, sales guy takes me straight to the Omega collection?!? They dont value the customers needs and are only intrested in sale. Worse then a car dealership!
