My call wanted this mosaic artwork from pier one however the store didn’t have it so we called the store in Pennsylvania. A month later we found out that the Pennsylvania store refused to ship it because they thought it would break. Joe from this pier one was so helpful. He called Pennsylvania and stayed on the phone taking names till they said they would ship it for free. Joe was incredible and the customer service here was awesome!

I love this place, everything to get your house ready for holidays, parties, or just because. Very busy during holidays. Pack your patience.

The staff at this store always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome with a smile and a hello and to assist me with questions and purchases. My breakable items are always carefully wrapped and theyre always willing to help look up items I may not be able to find. I can sometimes find merchandise at this location that is sold out at other locations which makes it worthwhile to treasure hunt. The store is a bit cramped, which mean you have to hunt, and some of the merchandise is often damaged.

Even though theyre going out of business is not a bargain to be found

I recommend you visit this store for nice shopping experience! They have to most interesting,unique and unusual furniture and other home decor. Bravo!

Staff is very pleasant and nice and helpful. the prices are usually way overpriced in general and usually look online. i usually only stop in here when Im bored and shopping briefly.

I ordered an item online and got an email that it was ready for pick up. Before going, I got a phone call that the item is damaged. Do I still want it? Hunh? Do I still want a damaged item? Was she serious? I asked that the warehouse send another (not damaged) item. Nope! Since I refused the damaged one, my order was cancelled! How does this place stay in business?

I have visited this location a few times. The merchandise is the same in all of the stores I think. They staff in this location is always helpful and friendly.
