Hard to say with this one. I lived here for 4 years. It is a great park with lovely families. The problem is that they keep raising the land lot price each year. Also, there is a pool lady who runs people out of the pool, and it seems like management encourages it.

Lived here basically all of my life. Witnessed a lot of weird, but cool stuff. Crime watch is great and active, clean streets. Stray cat problem, though. Staff is alright I guess. Figured out most of my stuff myself. Otherwise a great place.

Sand and Sea was fined several times for animal cruelty. Speak up please if you see staff harming or setting poison traps . Sand & Sea declined Peggy Adams hrlp to trap spay nueter and vaccinate these cats. They rather there be no cats than colonized and humanely Tnvrd cats. PLEASE if you see anything. SAND & Sea is on Animal Controls radar. 1 more complaint will bring them down for good. Look on FB for our protest dates that will be linked coming to Gateway blvd in front to prevent animal abuse and to get them to allow and call on their own to receive the FREE help that Peggy Adams offerd to this zipcode. Why in the world would Sand & Sea say NO to helping limit the number of cats humanely? The HELP is free at no charge to residents. I was evicted for feeding a cat that I had sterized. They cannot silence me for I was their help in controlling the population bu in me being the voice for the cats telling the twisted story of reality their fate, I was trouvle for them. Know who you are buying from.When you receive several fines from animal control, youd think the Michigan office would fire the person in charge and they know who she is. Instead of the renters and homebuyers paying the fines. Wouldnt you rid the problem at hand. There are convicted felons throughout that community and they focus on CATS. Wake up Michigan!! Speak to the HOA there and tell them.you demand change!!! It can only get worse there. Its not getting better when Public record states the facts there and may e once upon a time it was nice but now its a criminal alien hideout! Check each trailer resident and see if they are on the lease and see if they were background checked. A lot of people eat on the least and a lot of people have cars there they rent people come in and they buy the houses and they bring it out to the five or six people and they move them in and out like one guy owns 10 houses and thats all he does is rent out rooms and bring people in and move them out its what you call the immigration lawyer and his buddy that owns 10 homes and they have 10 cars in there are five cars in each driveway he brings people in all around the world Texas Utah

Its a nice place!! Cats Im ok with them, They keep away the rats, mices, snakes, lizards, iguanas etc.

A place to live as long as you got the money to buy your house
