I bought my Road Glide from Rick at Elite at the end of March, 2021. It had a few extras on it when I purchased it. I have put 7,000 miles on it since then with absolutely no problems. The deal wasnt easy to get done but Rick made it happen. I recommend them highly and they will be the first call I make when ready for a new bike.

Very interesting place. They have all sorts of great bikes. A hidden gem, Rick was easy to work with. He had everything in order and made process easy and quick from the lender to going over the features of the bike. Next time I shop I most likely will see what they have in stock first.

I have been looking at bikes for 12 years online and noticed that they have the cleanest bikes for the best price. I was at Palm Beach Harley and I wanted a bagger they showed me an affordable street glide that had plenty of wear and tear. The same day I went to Elite and I got a Road Glide Mint for the same price with only 3k miles. I could not wait to go to the bike night at PBH and wear my new shirt and show off the new bike. They are family owned and operated and have the best service shop around.

I bought my fifth Harley from Rick and Elite Motors. I live in NJ and was extremely uncomfortable with this new (to me) procedure of distance buying and all procedure and anxiety that I assumed would go along with it. Straight up this is a great place to buy a motorcycle, and bring your motorcycle for service. Tony the owner, is a pleasure to deal with.... very laid-back, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The prices on motorcycles and service are more than reasonable. They work on a much lower margin than the big dealerships and turn more volume, which is to our advantage as customers. The two mechanics that work there, Gabby and Mike are terrific. They have years of experience, are super friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous with the way they work. The best part about going to Elite is that everybody there is very down-to-earth and really take the time to listen & talk to the customer. Exceptional customer service... it is a rarity these days, but this place has the formula down pat!

They arranged to have the bike shipped to MA for less than it would have cost me to go get it. They charged me a dealer prep fee I wasnt happy with at first. Let me tell you its so worth it.
