I was on a road trip across the country and ate a rock to the windshield on the way. While this location was not able to get me in, they took a look at it, diagnosed the situation, told me what my options were and just put me at ease regarding the situation (never had a cracked windshield before). Caren is wonderful at the front desk. Do not let the corporate communication policy (website only which is silly) sway you from using this location. They are wonderful people.

Very friendly staff. Digital appointments were very easy to make. Clean waiting area. Clean bathroom. Wheel-chair accessible. Complimentary snacks and coffee. They told me it would take 2hrs, only took 1hr 15 minutes. Troy did a great job. Very happy with the crystal clear windshield again.

Montana is an amazing technician. He worked some MacGyver voodoo magic and made my windshield pretty and my windshield wipers functional again. So grateful to the whole team, including the ladies up front. Thanks for everything!

What was supposed to take 2 hours for a window replacement took 5 hours and when it was done my truck had black glue all around the the windshield. That I had to point out and let them know to take it off the paint. To top it off all of the rubber gaskets that surround the window started to come off after these guys worked on the truck. I tried to call in a warranty but there is not actual number to be found for the local shop. Finally drove by the shop to make the warranty appointment and it took the manager 2 weeks to call me back. I live 1/2 hour away from the shop and can not just take 3/4 of a day to mess around with these guys. They advertise that they come to you but since they are low with technicians they cant even deliver on that promise. You can blame all you want on COVID but this is really no way to run a business. I guess that is what I get for wanting choosing a brand name instead of shopping at a mom and pop store...

Let me preface this by saying that this is at least the 4th vehicle Ive taken there over the last 15 years and I didnt have any issue with the previous 3 jobs.This latest job was super sloppy. The first thing I noticed, when getting in my vehicle to leave, was that there was a string of urethane (windshield glue) on my passenger door arm rest. It was not stuck, so I didnt think much of it, and I peeled it up and discarded it.When I got home, I noticed urethane on my passenger seat upholstery. I took care of that with some lacquer thinner. Then I noticed urethane on the passenger fender, urethane on the roof, a spot of urethane on the inside of the windshield directly in front of the driver. I cleaned those up with some turpentine or lacquer thinner depending on the surface.A couple days later I noticed that the cowl was not flush with the glass - it had about a half inch gap in the center. They had screwed it down at the outer corners only, leaving the center screws just sitting there, and the center was bowed up. This was because they didnt leave a gap for the cowl tabs to slide under the glass. They had over-applied the urethane, which on this truck should not reach the bottom of the glass. They used so much (or applied it so low) that it extended out past the bottom of the glass, leaving a large blob. This prevented the cowl from installing correctly. I was able to trim most of it away, but still cannot install the cowl properly. Even with the urethane trimmed, as there is not enough space between the glass and the gutter for the center tab to slide under.

They did a good job and were timely about it. One window in my friends truck broke 2 days later tho. Looks like a manufacturing flaw, unfortunately. However, mine is still golden. : )

About an hour from logging in online for an appointment to driving home. Friendly, courteous, and professional. I had one chip, but the technician spotted another and fixed em both.

My broken front windshield replaced for over a hundred dollars less than the competition. It was quick and I am satisfied with the results.

I dont normally write reviews so this is a big deal for me. I had quite a bit of rust under my windshield and the technician did a great job taking care of all of it for me. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wanted to really make sure I was safe. Super grateful for all the hard work.

The technician that fixed my chip on my windshield, Jean-Francisco, was amazing, personable and knowledgeable. He was extremely thorough and found divots and chips I hadn’t noticed. I definitely recommend going to safelite.

I can’t explain how great these guys are. Mistakes happen and it’s how you respond to the. That counts. When the tech replacing my window broke a part. Without hesitation safelight owned the mistake and offered to replace anything damaged including a part with minor scratches/scuffs. Then after the parts arrived and I took it in, and it seemed like switching those parts out would take longer than expected they gave me a ride home. Then when I left an appliance in the bed and the installers needed it, they met up with the installers to get them the appliance, and later delivered my truck back to my house. Everyone makes mistakes on occasion but it is how you handle that mistake that really shows character, and Bozeman safelight and it’s employees have great character. I highly recommend doing business with them because they do good work and stand behind their work and if anything goes wrong, as things do sometimes in life, they will absolutely make it right.

Quick service at my residence. Costs a little more to have them come to your house but it beats having to take time off work for the repairs. Installer was right on time and the app allows you to track him. I was very happy with the service and the results.

Great people. I had a minor issue with my window and I tried to fix it myself, and failed. So I called Safelite. They put a tech on the phone- Edgar Suarez. He was so knowledgeable, and had some time available so I came right in. He did some quick glueing for me and I was on my way. Safelite has a terrible automated telephone system that wastes time and is frustrating to use. I want to know when the glass replacement will be completed to pick up the vehicle which sounds simple but after 20 minutes cant get a human to answer the question.

Called the 800 number to make sure they could work on my window today, was told yes. So, I drove over around 4pm, as it says online, and the person on the phone said they were open until 5(it said open until 5 on their door as well). When I showed up around 4:30, it was closed, so I knocked on the shop door because I could see someone working inside. Someone came out and, very rudely, told me they close at noon. I asked about the time written on the door and online, and was told that its not their responsibility to fix those things. Overall a horrendous experience.

Phenomenal. Went through USAA. There was an issue with the delivery of the new window, but it was resolved. Once I was able to talk to an actual employee in shop, it went great. Maybe consider publishing the store phone number in google. All the problems would have been resolved faster if the automated system knew what was happening. I recommend going into the shop rather than calling. They will take care of you. Thanks Cody, Kelly, and Trevor.

If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would have chosen. I had a few dings in my windshield and called satelite to fix them for me. To my surprise I picked up my vehicle and the damage was far worse than when I dropped it off. Once speaking with customer service I was told they would replace my windshield for a price of $150.00 since they made an error. Well unfortunately when I called to make an appointment there were no notes or anything else honoring this offer. Needless to say I will NEVER bring my business here or recommend them to anyone ever. Once job satelite. Saying should go Safelite destroys safelite wont care.

They did great.. made an appointment online. Drove to their location on my way to a wrestling tournament and they were done in the hour and a half they said it would take!!

Crappy service! Guy and gal at desk totally unprofessional. As a customer waiting I overheard conversation they were having. A few times my wife and I heard him speaking poorly about other customers. There was a lot of swearing coming out of his mouth in the waiting room. I can understand some cursing in the shop area but not around customers. They told us an hour and a half the job ended up being two and a half hours. The windshield did get replaced and the work seems to be up to par. However the waiting room experience overshadowed the work. Last time we go there.

Technician are certified, professional and know the art of customer service. Best service company I know.

I drove 150 miles because a friend recommended Safelite. My windshield was cracked all the way across and had started traveling up, so I knew that it was time. I was greeted in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the manager to the gentleman actually working on my car was incredibly professional and very attentive. My windshield took 3 hours to replace and it looks amazing!!! They kept me informed of how the progress on my car coming along, and let me know all the extra things they did for me! I would recommend Safelite in Bozeman to anyone who needs a complete replacement or just a crack fixed.

Totally botched our two Hondas. Service was fast, but now all the hardware is flying off the car - trim gone, seals almost gone and held in place with duct tape until we can get it fixed. Take your biz elsewhere.

Just a terrible experience. The manager Jim Dixon was indifferent and apathetic. Despite having a 5 day lead time, they failed to order my replacement windshield, failed to contact me about that failure, then lied to me about trying to contact me. Made no attempt to apologize for these failures or to make it right. Just looked at me with a vacant look on his face and shrugged his shoulders
