I submitted the need for a quote with a three question survey. I got a call not even two minutes later. Spoke with her who transferred me to another woman who was very nice and actually seemed to care. However she then also transferred me without telling me to someone else, believe the name is Lani. Spoke to her I was at work and had a meeting about to start and asked her to call me in 2 hours when I would be off work. She said okay. She did call me back and this is where it got one stars, zero if I could. Every question I asked she acted like it was the end of the world and answered it like she told me everything before when I’m fact she didn’t. Asked for the price again, “I told you last time we spoke” okay a lot happens in 2 hours just tell me again. When I said I would need to speak with my husband because some of the answers to my questions were not what we were looking for, she LAUGHED at me and said bye and hung up. I will NEVER use this service and I will be sure to post this review all over and anyone who’s asks about ADT. I’ll make sure they use a different service.
