Smoke Shop with a decent selection of premium cigars. They also sell loose tobacco and some cheap pipes. This is not a cigar lounge and I think theres none in the whole Bozeman county.

After my previous complaint about employees at this location not wearing a mask, I ran into the owner and complained in person. He rectified the situation with that employee. Yesterday I was in the store and confronted a new employee, not wearing a mask and his response was ‘ I don’t believe in wearing masks’. I am in the high risk group and I cannot walk into this store without risking being exposed. Only retail business in town where I have seen employees not wearing a mask. This is wrong!

Two of the employee’s I’ve encountered weren’t wearing a mask. When confronted, one said he refuses to wear them 24/7. Decent cigar store that does not care about their customers or the governor’s orders.

Smoker Friendly is an alright store I only like to go there to get there cheap packs of cigarettes they never have any good glassware or smokers paraphernalia but like I said its a good place if you need cheap cigarettes or good rolling papers

I stopped by Smoker Friendly while on vacation in Bozeman and it was a lovely experience! Selena and Tomie were very nice and had great knowledge on the product I was purchasing. If youre in the area definitely go to Smoker Friendly for your tobacco needs!!!

Ive only ever been here 2 times and both times they have had the worst customer service. Montata is full of nice people but not at this place! Didnt even buy last time I went!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Employees are uninformed about products and the products were not well stocked. If all you sell is smoking supplies, make sure you know about the smoking supplies youre selling. I was told by an employee here that juul no longer makes flavored pods, then she argued with me when I informed her that she was wrong and that they still made them, but only smoking stores could carry them. Then she offered me another product that she didnt even have and didnt know when it would be in stock.
