Great selection of toys! They will price match other stores prices. I found an item cheaper at Wal-Mart and they matched the price. We love receiving gift cards from Toys R Us. They can be spent online or in store. I like that I can check availability of an item online before I go to the store. I just wish there was a Toys R Us closer to us! But probably good there isnt.... Wed go to often and spend too much! They also offer sporting goods and baby items. Great variety.

Visited twice in the past two weeks and was impressed with the selection and sales on select items. Efficient employees on my 1st visit, friendly and efficient employees on 2nd visit. Quite tidy and organized, womens restroom was a tad gross but someone had recently taken a nasty grumpy so it wasnt necessarily an issue with the store.

Ah, good old toys r us.Not being alive during the 90s, I never had a incredibly attached relationship with toys r us. I would never ask my parents to go there, but it was always a treat to see one so I could observe toys. I never really thought about what would happen to toys R us in the future, but when I learned it was shutting down, I really wished I could go inside it one more time. But I never did.When I achieved a toys r us gift card for my 8th birthday, I gave the money to st Jude.I feel regret. I feel sadness. I wish I could go back without going into Canada.But I can’t.It’s gone for good.

Very sad to see this store go hope all of the associates find new as nd better jobs. Also i think is is awful that the associates did not get severance pay. The corporate guys should not get jobs anywhere else to see what it feels like to not have a job or any money.

Growing up in Palmetto, this was the holy grail. Now, I take my son and we both drool over the awesome toys. More recently weve been visiting for the Lego Build events. Hes gotten some pretty cool legos and they were free!

If youre a collector, good luck, but as for regular toys and games this store has a pretty good assortment. Plenty of kids and baby items for all your needs.

The store is rather out dated on the outside and the parking lot needs some work.But overall the store experience is nice and the staff is friendly.They have all kinds of neat events for kids like lego build events where they handout a free small lego kit, which is great to see a big box store getting involved in the community.They have a great selection of toys and clothing for kids!

Its not a surprise that Toys R Us is going bankrupt. The prices there are outrageous. I bought my son a relatively cheap star wars branded lightsaber for $19.99. I found it at Walmart for $9.99 (regular price, not on sale). I just feel bad for the friendly employees who soon will have to find another job when that store closes down. My rating wouldve been 1 star, if it wasnt for them.

Always will toys r us have a special place in my heart. Ever since I was a child. Wish it was as magical as it was when I was a kid.

Had to drive here from Pasco County because they were the only store in central Florida that had the playset I was looking for. Guy who checked me out was very pleasant but the store is full of slow moving customer service personnel and employees with attitudes. Cant blame them though... I would probably feel the same way if I knew I was about to be laid off.

We got to Toys R Us 25 minutes prior to closing and although we were told about the time, all the employees, especially Hope, was so very helpful and kind. Love this particular store!!!

They are going out of business. No wonder. Theyre making a big deal of their going out of business sale. Prices are still too high! I walked out with nothing. Ill wait untill the sale is 80-90% off, then maybe the price will be normal

First experience in one...they are priced high and even their going out of business prices are steep...like it was marked way up b4 sale started. store is set up like a maze so you have to literally leave a trail to get out. I wasnt impressed and I saw a lot of temper tantrums being thrown with parents trying to appease their spoiled temper tantrum throwers...not once did I see a parent do the ignore move or the snatch em up and cart them out and leave move...instead I watched them give into their clearly spoiled brats...I was truly appalled. plus the only person I found to help me was at the customer service desk...she couldnt even locate any other employees...how sad!

Toys R Us is the store where you can find lots of toys. The toys are mostly all the mainstream toys. Its harder to find good quality long-lasting toys at a place like Toys R Us. The Toys R Us on Cortez Road is almost always moving things around which can be very frustrating when youre trying to find something specific.

Unless you catch the toys on sale, you will be paying full retail price. Surprisingly, there is no ToysRUs in Sarasota. There must be a reason why there is no ToysRUs in Sarasota because Bradenton is smaller and is not known for its retail stores. I think there is no ToysRUs in Sarasota because there are better store options to find the same toys elsewhere. In fact, the last two times we went to this ToysRUs we ended up just buying a few things from a $1, $2, $5 row they have then went home and ordered what we were looking for from Amazon.

This ToysRUs looks pretty trashy from the outside but is actually pretty decent on the inside. Will definitely be back.

This store always seemed to lack associates on the sales floor for assistance. Every time I tried to ask for help the response was blatant apathy... And thats before the announcement of the shut down. Go figure. Shame to see it go though. They did have a larger selection than anywhere else in town.

Love taking my sisters here they have an amazing variety of toys whether it be educational or just plain fun. Theres something for everyone in this store and the staff are always helpful if you have questions.

Toys R Us has been a part of my life for years. I have always regarded it as Toys and Games Central. Years ago, my father took my brother and I on a pre-Christmas tour of our local Toys R Us store. I have also been to the Toys R Us location in Times Square. I was shocked when I heard the news regarding Toys R Us closing. I felt bad when FAO Schwarz closed, which was another classic store akin to Toys R Us. Nothing lasts forever. I am sorry that Toys R Us is one of them.

This Toys R Us is horrible! The costumer service was the worst i have had in a while, the check out lady tried to to tell me that my item was $39.92 but i knew it was $25.62. She was also very rude about it almost talking to me as if i were dumb, and had no idea what i was doing. On top of that it was very dirty, i mean it couldnt kill you to dust around here.

Horrible service name rachel.Shes too lazy to ring up my coupons on my phone. And also i got a temporary creditcard and has the nerve to tell me her computer doesnt come up with anything? I told her to type it in she said it still doesnt come up? Im like really? I just got it the day before? Cant you just put a discount? So horrible!
