First I would like to say the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did not like the fact that my sensor wire was ran on the outside of the wall and ceiling. I spoke with the company and they said they do not run new wires into the attic. This leaves the wires exposed and hanging across the ceiling. For $400 I don’t want exposed wires.

They upsell you on parts you really dont need at inflated prices, then after a few months the repair goes bad and they did not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

Had some major issues going on with my garage door so I decided it was time for all new. Access Door came over same day to measure my door and was able to install it a week later. Very happy with there service and craftsmanship.

I could not recommend them enough. Caden came out to my place to fix a garage door motor. He had an extremely tight time window to fix it as I had an appointment and he beat it. He even took the time to program my cars internal garage remote, something that is a hassle and he did not have to do. Awesome service!

Called to have our garage door serviced and they were able to fix our door the next day. Justin was our service tech and he arrived on time and was very professional. We discussed what the door would need and I decided to fix part of the problem. After Justin completed what I asked for I realized he was correct in suggesting to do the additional repairs. He did not pressure me into doing work that might not have been needed which I really appreciate. The nice caulking work around the open areas and clean up was also appreciated. I would recommend your company and will call again if I need service again.

My garage door belt broke at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday night while my two young nephews were visiting me. Richard personally came and helped us out, closed the garage for the night, locked it up and made sure we were safe and sound. His son came back the next morning without me even having to be home and did a great job. They went above and beyond with customer service and pricing! Did not try to sell me anything extra but took a good look at everything to make sure it was all in working order and up-to-date. I bought this home with this unit installed by access garage door services, that was over a decade ago. This is the first time Ive had any issues with my garage door. So, I can say their product has been installed very well and with such high quality equipment, that for the past decade I never had to pick up the phone to call. Im so glad I chose to call the number left on their installation! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

CALL THEM! Heres why. My garage door would not open past half way. I called at 8am, was told technician would arrive same morning between 8-10am. Few minutes later, Tyler called and stated he would arrive in 20 minutes and did, right on time. He assessed what was needed, gave me a quote and told me he would have it ready in one hour. One hour later I had complete maintenance completed, new springs, new nylon rollers, adjustments, etc. and the door was working like brand new in the stated time and exact price he quoted. Not often can you call a repair service and have the job fully completed in 1 1/2 hours from making the initial call. Tyler was amazing, very nice, explained everything and did a high quality job. I had called Access because my next door recommended them and were very happy. Not I am as well. Highly recommended!

We couldnt be more pleased with the response and repair service we experienced with Access Garage Door. One the cables broke on our older garage door as it was lifting up. As a result, the heavy door shifted slightly to one side making it impossible to lift manually. Of course, this all happened with the car inside the garage, effectively trapping it on the Wednesday night before the Thanksgiving holiday. We called one other repair service that evening and they said they couldnt get to it until the following Monday!!! But Access answered our call right away and said they would send a technician out first thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving. They said he would arrive between 8 and 9 AM and that he would call first to let us know he was on the way. Well, like clockwork, the technician phoned just after 8 to say he was heading our way. He arrived as scheduled, had the know-how, tools and parts to repair our garage door and had it up and running smoothly in under an hour. Great service from a responsive, professionally run, family-owned company. We would highly recommend.

The service tech Tyler came out in less than an hour. He installed 2 new garage door coil springs and had everything all fixed up and running smoothly very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.Highly recommended.

Replaced broken spring set same evening @ 6:30pm after work. Flexible to do it very early next morning before work. Obviously understood the priority. Done in half hour. 3 year warranty parts & labor. Bonus tightened opener chain for no charge. Now much quieter.

Absolutely stellar service! Richard returned my call amazingly quickly, and came to replace our busted springs same day within about 2 hours of calling! He even fixed some wiring issues on our motor from the previous owner of the house, and some other small miscellaneous items while he was here, all at no extra cost. Access Door installed my garage door 17 years ago. I’m embarrassed to say I backed into it. They replaced the panels and lubed up the joints. It’s like a new door! Prices are very reasonable. They’re on time for appointments. They’re easy to work with and know how to fix it right. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Best guys in town i talked with the owner over the phone today needing just simple diagnosis for my safety eyes with my opener. He walked me through how to realign them and i was able to fix my problem in less than 2 minutes. I called multiple companies who refused to give me any help or advice and just noted they would put me in for a appointment later or the following day and planned to charge me a trip fee. Was trying to leave my house around 3pm today. My garage door would only open 4 inches. I saw that the spring was broken so I called Access (who installed the door many years ago). The phone was immediately answered and the nice man told me that he happened to have several technicians in the area that might be able to come by in a bit. He called the technician and immediately phoned me back to say that yes they could come by in 40 minutes. Camden, the technician came to my house in less than 40 minutes, quickly was able to diagnose the problem and checked my doors to see if there were any other issues that should be attended to. He said my rollers were getting worn as well as the broken spring. Camden was friendly and courteous, explaining what he was going to do and the cost, to make sure I was okay with everything. By 5pm he was finished and my door was working well again. I highly recommend this company for all of your garage door needs!

Shopped around for a new door once mine broke. Access was the only company that sent an actual technician out to examine the door and give me a break down of the cost and process. Very straight forward and quick for a good price. Shawn and Caden were both extremely professional during the install and when setting up my inspection with the county. Would highly recommend.

My torsion spring broke, and needed to be replaced. Jonathan was there right on time, and explained what kind of door I had, and why it needed the springs that it has. I could not get my garage door to open, so I called Richard at Garage Service Today. He sent Caden out to look at my door very quickly. Caden took the time to walk me through the issues and showed me where my opener belt was frayed and slipping, showed me that one of cables had snapped and a few rollers that were worn and needed replaced. I am very impressed with the quality of service and repairs that I received from this company! I would recommend them to anyone.

Our garage door came off its tracks late on Friday night. That night I got online and saw Access opened at 6:00 AM. I called them first thing in morning and they quoted a price and said theyd be out between 9 & 10 AM. They showed up early and got the door closed by 8 AM (we need a new one which we anticipated) but the charge to close it was much less than than the repair price quoted and was done quickly and before my husband had to leave for the day which was a blessing! I would recommend them!

I originally was not happy with my initial service call but the owner Richard did a follow-up phone call to make things right. He went beyond what I expected so if your not satisfied with your service give him a call and Im betting he will do what he can to make you happy.

Doug arrived on time and replaced both springs in 25 minutes. Excellent, prompt, efficient, courteous service. Seems pricey at $289. Called for the appointment around 6:30 p.m. and told them I needed the car by 10:20 next morning. Said they would put me near the beginning of the days list. Doug arrived at 8:10. I dont know if they added a rush surcharge. One of the other local companies I called about 6:20 p..m. said their charge would be $189 plus parts for an evening rush job, or $89 plus parts the following day.Make sure the technician includes the words Parts AND LABOR on the warranty. Doug originally didnt include the labor part.

Outstanding experience, called at 10am, Caden was at our house by 12:30 and had our garage door working by 1pm. Reasonable price and very professional. Will definitely use this company again and request Caden.

I called at 8:45pm and got a call back within 5mins. I have a small garage and the door became very hard to open. The person said the technician would arrive at 11:00am the next day!which he did. I thought I had a broken spring, but the technician, Caden, said that the spring had slipped and needed to be adjusted. He did the work and upgraded my rollers as they were also bad. The door opens with very little effort again is near silent again. Great service with very fair and honest technicians. I highly recommend them.
