Had my ktm450 xcw serviced, springs for my weight 225, and sag set. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Dropped bike off on Monday, picked up on Friday. Just test rode it and it was a complete game changer. Thanks again MX TechBen

Have had MX-Tech Suspension on 3 of my bikes and most of the guys I ride with have used them for years and years. Awesome company that stands by their product. The guys are always out at local tracks and are always willing to help with bike setup and/or answer questions. Top quality parts and service. I’ve never had any issues.

I was kinda frustrated to drive all The way from North Chicago to Kankakee,IL but I couldn’t resist the amazing reviews they had so I gave it a try . Well.... simply said .... those guys are really Pro ! Amazing descriptive customer service ! And wow the work they do is top of the line . This is Shaun Harkin, with an addition to my review. I am using my wifes acct bc I do not want to edit my original review. The owner of mxtech, Jeremy took a screenshot of my review and tried to send it to the owner of a quality shop, SOPRO suspension whom I referenced I will be taking my business to in the future. The problem is, jeremy accidentally sent it to me. So not only did i have an very poor experience at his shop. He is actively trying to ruin any future experience at another one. Quality companys take responsibility for their work and service. In my experience with them they are far from quality.

Well not only do I now work here but my spouse had a past dirt bike enthusiast life & he chooses MX-Tech. He raves about the night & day difference he felt from stock to Jeremy Wilkeys MX-Tech products. Hes a big guy - 64 and at the time was hefty & has nothing but GREAT things to say about how well the products worked & how much they improved his bikes performance. Like taylors fit I believe was his statement.I know from working here that the product is nothing but top quality with the most thoughtful engineering for the riders comfort ( not the manufacturer ease of producing ).Proud to work for a business that seeks to produce such high quality products 100% of the time. Took my forks and shock there two years ago to be revalved and sprung for my weight. Turnaround was quick and just now, have my fork seals gone and time for another rebuild. I never used to get that kind of life out of a set. Their valving was top notch, and i have loved this suspension!

This company is really awesome. If its regarding suspension there are only very few really good companies, and MX-Tech is one of the best. Their products are top notch as is their service . Although prices are high, the result is well worth it.

Took all 4 shocks in off of my 2016 RZR XP Turbo. They did a fantastic job, and they actually came out better than expected. The nitrogen fill valves are an infamous issue with these Fox shocks, and they replaced those with their own valves to prevent future leaking. It was a nice surprise to see that they addressed my concern without me even having to mention it. It’s safe to say that they really know what they’re doing, thumbs up guys, thank you 👍🏻

One star is appropriate. Im a local guy so i thought supporting my local shop was the obvious choice. I brought a ktm shock to them. Was told a 2 week turn around, on day 15 I had to reach out to them to find that my shock was next in line to be torn down. Called on day 19 shock was in process. Day 22 the shock is done. Go to pick it up, Jeremy is very apologetic, gives me many reasons why it took so long but agreed that it was too long. Now i try to install the shock to find out they took out an almost new heim joint and didnt put the right one back in so now I cant install, I cant set sag and I cant ride!! I call Jeremy and leave a msg, my call gets returned by his receptionist and says they are very sorry and have my correct parts there. Still havent heard from the guy but to his credit, he rectified the issue by discounting..... Not a darn thing. Thats right Full price, half effort even got me for shipping. Sopro suspension out of Tennessee is getting my business now.
