The whole team did a great job with our purchase. And we drove A LONG distance to get the vehicle--and we are so pleased we did.Car: It was in stock and on the lot. (We did not have similar experiences with other dealerships in the MSP area). It was in perfect condition, brought indoors, and was cleaned thoroughly just prior to our arrival. It did not have 1,000 miles on it from staff taking it home every night.Sales: Jeff was perfect. We spoke with him a couple times and he was honest and thorough. He didnt sell it in the hours before our arrival, even though he could have. If we could have grabbed him for the long ride home, we no doubt would have had a great time.Financing and Vehicle On-Boarding: Quick, efficient, thorough.No doubt why this dealership gets great reviews. The Staff at Tanner went above and beyond for us! First, they got us the next morning as we were traveling up to Baxter from St Louis, MO. Then thinking we needed all our brakes replaced, they informed us that the front were still good for another 10-15K. Well in there, they completed a recall for us and so on. From the moment I contacted Tanner about purchasing a new vehicle ( which I had not done in nearly 60 years) I was treated with the utmost respect and was guided in the right direction I was introduced to Todd Swedburg who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was very good at explaining what every gadget is for and how all the settings work. it has been a little over one year since I go my vehicle and I love it. Plus Todd Swedburg is still helpful when I contact him for advice on my vehicle. I cant recommend Tanner Nissan strong enough for both the old and young and first time or yearly buyer of a vehicle.

Came in for a recall notice and they aggressively pursued the issue to insure parts were obtained and everything was in place before scheduling the appointment. Once all was ready they offered a great time to accommodate my schedule. The service was completed in less than three hours at no cost to me. I also appreciated the service to consult with me in the waiting room to keep me updated on progress. They even offered me a ride anywhere I needed to go to take care of any business or other errands while I waited. Top notch service.

The sales department, Todd S in particular, was excellent to deal with. There was a problem with the door opening in the rear drivers side. The problem was fixed free of charge. Love the car and would definitely tell someone looking for a car to strongly consider the AWD Altima. I had a 2013 Altima which saved my life in a head-on crash at 70 mph. I didnt walk away from the accident, but Im alive and cars can be replaced. There was no doubt what I was going to replace my other car with!

My favorite part about Tanner Nissan is the people that work there. I just love ChrisT, Pete, and Melissa in the office. I love the techs, especially Ryan, he’s legit and knows his Nissans. You can see his love for Nissan in the way he carries himself. The other two guys, Dan and Sean, are great friendly people. I just love this place and the people I get to deal with when I have to take my car in.

First off, I just purchased a $40,000 vehicle and was not very happy that the rear door lock was not working a week after I drove it off the lot. Then, I found out that the earliest appointment was two weeks out. I was not happy about this, but understood. I hope this will not be a future trend. But perhaps the most disappointing of all of this was the communication. On two occasions I called and left messages and no one returned my call. To me that is unacceptable. If I did not have another choice I would not return and go else where. Unfortunately the next closest dealer is an hour away. Hopefully my next experience will be more positive.

I needed the hitch because I am going on vacation. Now it will be a month before I can go back. I will spend the better part of a day driving and waiting. Last year I purchased a vehicle from tanner and had a great experience and the most positive and caring people working there.About a month ago I experienced a loss of my 2014 jeep from hitting a deer. I went back to tanner to have experienced again great customer service and I was blessed with Shannon and the magician to have worked so very hard to put me into a brand new Nissan kicks. They handled the issues with insurance company and my personal financial situation and made it all happen.I am so grateful to know that there are people with compassion and loyalty and hard working. AC on my wifes Altima went out while on vacation 500 miles from home. Initial scheduling with Tanner was difficult as it took three phone calls over a period of two days to get scheduled. Three days later, at initial service visit, technician confirmed compressor was the problem and needed replacing. Took a number of days to get the right part in, but once the part arrived, the work was done quickly and correctly. She was happy to have AC for the 500 mile journey home! The crew at Tanner were helpful and friendly. Christ was honest in his assessment of how long it would take to get the part as well as estimated cost to repair. He presented a couple of alternatives and allowed me to choose how best to proceed. I greatly appreciate that. We are in that area every August on vacation and I will not hesitate to use Tanner again in the future should the need arise.
