We are very happy with our salt water tub from HotSpring Hydrotherapy! The owners were incredibly helpful and didn’t give us a sales pitch. The delivery/setup process was seamless, even though we had given them the task of getting the tub inside through a standard doorway. I’m so excited to have found them! I was certain we would have to go with a soft sided tub until we went to their showroom and saw the low profile options. The tub we ended up with is nicer than I could have imagined and now I feel like I get to escape to a day spa in my own home. Thank you Sherry and Greg!

Greg and Sherry were amazing to work with on our saltwater hot tub purchase. They were very patient, know their products well, and thoroughly addressed all of our questions. We are currently awaiting our hot tub delivery but in the meantime we are enjoying our Laka cooler which is a new product addition to the store offering and we are happy to report we still have ice remaining after 5 days in use!! We love our Hot Springs Salt water Tub. Watland’s were very helpful with picking out the right tub for us and with delivery. They are also willing to answer questions and be available to purchase supplies. Would recommend this tub, it was a great purchase.

Beautiful showroom! no chemical smells when you walk in which makes me so happy! Displays are amazing and allow you to imagine how they will fit in at your home. The salt water tubs are so clean and beautiful! Great service, friendly staff and they have inventory! Definitely worth checking out!

We purchased a preowned hot tub from HotSpring and they could not have been more helpful. They helped us figure out if that tub would fit in our space and helped us find an electrician to check out the spot to see if putting a hot tub in there was even feasible. They were very accommodating in working with us to choose a delivery date, and on the day of delivery, they were right on time! The guys who delivered the tub were polite, professional, and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Once the hot tub was installed, they made sure we knew how to run it and keep the chemicals in balance. They didn’t leave until the tub was full and running. We were also told repeatedly to let them know if we had any problems. All in all, our experience with HotSpring could not have been more positive!! We highly recommend them to anyone!

We love our new HotSpring spa! Greg and Sherry went above and beyond to get our spa set up. We had high iron content in our water that gave us issues but they were continually checking in and helping to solve it until everything was perfect. The salt water is so nice because my skin is soft and I never smell like chlorine. It has been my favorite this winter. I highly recommend them!

Contacted HotSpring Hydrotherapy Inc. to install a magic pack that we had purchased and couldnt find anyone local to install. Quick service but we were shocked when we got the bill. The owner and mechanic showed up, spent a little over an hour doing the installation. Evidently if you go over an hour it gets rounded up to another hour OR you must pay drive time? When we went to pay the bill, we were charged 2 hours at $150.00 per hour!! When the owner was questioned about the bill, he had to admit he really didnt do anything, got a tool or two but since he was present, they charged us for 2 guys. This wasnt a job for two people to be here. Can not recommend. Be sure to get a quote prior to hiring. We did inquire as to how they came up with 2 guys for 2 hours and again the owner admitted he did not do anything but he would not fix his bill. Our excitement of having a new go-to place has quickly changed to a never-go-to place.

We bought a Hot Springs salt water hot tub, and we love it. The salt water is far superior to chlorine. We love that you can sit it and it won’t dry your skin out. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I strongly suggest you purchase a Hot Springs salt water hot tub. The Watland’s are extremely helpful. If you need anything or have questions they are always there to help. You will not regret purchasing a hot from this company.

We bought a smaller hot tub from this dealer and the experience was excellent. I didnt know there was such a thing as test driving a hot tub but that is what we did and therefore we knew exactly what we were getting. The process was easy and Greg follows up often to see how it is going and help with all the chemical adjustments. My wife loves it and uses it almost every day. I have a economy hot tub at a vacation property and the quality and controls difference is quite evident compared to the higher end Hot Springs brand.

I have owned a hot spring hot tub for 15 + years.. recently purchasing a new one! Wouldn’t own any other brand.. they are solid and no issues. I recently stopped into hot springs in Baxter on hwy 371.. to get some chemicals.. they had a different brand than I have used in the past.. I tried it! The water is crystal clear and no smells.. I highly recommend this location and the chemicals they have for all hot tubs... freshwater is the brand for the chemicals they sell!

Amazing service! They answer there phone when you call. They help walk you through all water adjustments for your new tub. Installation was done by owner and his helper. Perfectly set. They have called me several times to make sure I am happy. Very pleased! Thanks Greg and Sherry for the great service.

Our family has recently purchased a saltwater hot tub from Greg and Sherry and couldn’t be happier. We bought our hot tub the day before New Year’s Eve and as promised, Greg and his team had the hot tub on our patio, filled and being used to ring in the New Year. To help with picking out the right tub, Greg and Sherry’s daughter even jumped in to show us how the “cooling” area would be a great place for our younger children. She was a pretty good saleswoman. We love the saltwater water cleaning system, it is so simple to maintain and my family never smells like chlorine or has dry skin. And lastly, with our busy schedule, it only took a phone call to get our water care products mailed out to us which means a lot. Very friendly people to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing a spa from HotSprings in Brainerd/Baxter.

The experience at Hot spring hydrotherapy was fantastic. The ability to use the product prior to purchase is one of a kind from Sherry’s store in Baxter, and I am looking forward to using it after a long shift at the hospital. It helps me relieve stress as well as soothes my muscles. I fully recommend this store and product to anyone in the market.

I had such a great experience with Brooke and Sherry! The store was gorgeous and I was even able to try out two hot tubs. The mood room hot tub was wonderful and the massage jets really helped with my muscle pain! I also got to try the endless pool which had a treadmill right in it!

We recently stopped by to check out the Brainerd Hotspring store. We were very impressed with their showroom. Most of the stores we visited did not have inventory to purchase a hot tub right away. This store has a nice selection on hand. The owners were very welcoming and informative. They gave us the opportunity to test out one of their salt water spas they had in the Mood Room. The salt water tub was amazing! It didn’t have the harsh chlorine smell or feel. Hotspring Hydrotherapy is far and above a superior product!

Had a wonderful experience at Hot Spring Hydrotherapy today! The try it before you buy it service was a game changer for the hot tub business. Never before have I been offered the chance to try out a product like this before purchase. Sherri was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone in the market for a quality hottub.
