Lots of good deals today!! Lots of votives on sale, car air freshners, large candles, etc. Store is super clean and if you touch something, you must place it in a basket that is marked so they clean it before its put back on shelf (Love it!!).

I love Yankee candle and my review has nothing to do with the product but entirely with the manager at this location. The way that she treats and talks to her staff in front of customers is unbelievably abusive and demeaning. If she treats her staff that way I can only imagine what she says about the guests that come in and out of her store. The rest of the staff is fantastic, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Staff tries to help but the manager is very unflexible. I came a little before hours because I need to pick up some bags for my work, we bought a lot of candles this year as holiday gifts and they didnt give us enough paper bags, so I stopped by hoping to quickly pickup some paper bags and then report to work, the manager yelled to talk to me across the room and on the phone at the same time, not even try to approach to the door, and told me I have to come after they open.....its only half hour away and all I need is some paper bags

I went to south shore mall, yesterday. There was a woman and man. They weren’t very friendly. But the thing that affended me was. I was checking out, with my debit card, and I might of not put the right pin in. It was declined And the men said you sure this isn’t a stolen card. I said try again I know I have money. So I tried again it went threw. No apologies at all. I will not shop there again. I smiled told them to have a good day. But that comment bugged me and still does. Maybe in this day in age they need to be retrained.

I love this place! The help is super helpful, knowledgeable, and honestly, they make for a great shopping experience. Sally rocks! Shes top notch!

Extremely rude service. Waited in line while the woman had a 10 minute conversation with a customer and then closed the register to send me to the bck of the other line to start all over.
