Went here looking for a Trane furnace/ac for my home but quickly realized i would be stretching my budget. They mentioned the Trane Runtru line as an option. I guess its a new line. So far so good. I was literally thrown out of the store. Thu, 7:15 am I ordered two parts and gave my address and credit card information. The gentleman who answered the phone said a tracking number would be sent but the parts should arrive the next day. It too an hour and two phones to finally reach the store and was informed the credit card didnt work, but he could ship them today or I could come down to the store. When I got to the store I found the contractor but when I asked for the cylinoid I was escorted out and told never to return. He said he didnt like my attitude on the phone and to go down the street and pick up generic parts.
