Fantastic teamwork from one of of the print center team members for the UPS dropoff. I had accidentally lost the tracking number for a $100 plus package return where the vendor hadnt refunded as expected. The print center was able to get that tracking number with very little done on my part. I am very thankful to have such dedicated people working on my area Staples. Great job!

I get a lot of things printed at their copy center and today, it ultimately ended up being fine, but just a strange thing happened that seems to happen a lot especially here in Connecticut.I sent two separate print jobs one 11x17 and one 81/2x11 and when I arrived they were all printed on 11x17 and I said oh this one is supposed to be 81/2 by 11... and immediately the clerk snaps at me and says no they were all 11x17 on the order form.This is a recurring problem here in Connecticut especially the clerk or the cashier or the fast food worker messes up and when its pointed out to them they immediately snap at the customer and blame them and accuse them of doing something wrong without any information whatsoever.This weird entitled attitude of all employees everywhere lately anyone thats ever corrected them is somehow an oppressor and affecting them and they need a safe space now because a client got on their case is just insane.Anyway like I said this staples attendant ultimately fixed the problem and was perfectly nice about it its just a weird thing thats not specific to the staples but seems to be a general issue in all of Connecticut

The copy/printer areas are great because staff listen and help the I know myself folks. The staff has the patience to help even with the department teeming. The computer dept small the sales persons know about the products they sale..

This store does not even earn 1 star. As usual when you go in this store you have you looking for someone to help you. I wanted buy desktop computer because old one crashed. When I fined someone he scans his stock of desktop computers was zero can come back tomorrow I said no. So you dont have the staff and stock how expect people to do business here. I ended up giving my business to someone else.

Terrible service at the ups store in back of staples do not know how to fiold a box correctly for shipment a customer had to show them very lazy

I usually have a good experience at this store where everyone is friendly and eager to help. Very unfortunate this employee named Crystal was rude today and prioritized her informal chat with colleagues over customer service so I had to wait extra time to get my product

If I could give a 0 I would! Brought my laptop in to be fixed just to get it back broken and a lot slower than before! Never ever will I give them my money again!

I ordered custom marketing materials for an upcoming sales event and she took the time to look over my order to make sure that I was happy. In addition, she provided her card to ensure I could reach her if I noticed anything back at my office. I highly recommending ordering online and picking up in store. Great place to do business quality is out standing

Whatever you do, do NOT come to this Staples. Customer service is TERRIBLE!! I went there to do a curbside pick up and the manager Adman purposely hung up on me while I was giving my information for the pick up. He even admitted to hanging up on me. Absolutely unbelievable. This Staples will NEVER receive my business again.

First off the cashier was a total ***** to myself and my daughter. As well as to occupied with his phone to do his job. Then I tried calling to talk to a manager and I was put on hold for 17 minutes. This staples has gone down hill in a hand basket.

The service provided by staff at the Copy Center is excellent! They are friendly, professional and do a great job! The work gets done in a timely manner. They are busy because people know they can cant on them to get the job done right!

This Staples Print Center is great. The staff is highly competent in comparison to other stores I have been to, and they do work very quickly, politely and handle a high volume of customers.Even in situations where there is technical difficulty with the stores printer equipment, I have seen the copy center staff adapt and overcome to best serve their customers. Great job!

Need to work on people skills!I was in this AM to send a UPS package (with prepaid label) back - it was early on and not too crowded but only one younger man working in the area. he was helping a customer so I waited. Eventually he came over looking none to happy (but no eye contact) typed into the computer, said curtly it will be at least 5 minutes and walked away - also no eye contact (and no name badge which for him maybe is smart!). After 1 minute the computer will clearly up and running (I could see screen). He helps other customer, does some business on his own, comes back, scans package, hands me receipt and walks away (no eye contact, no sorry you had to wait, etc.) Do they even train sales people these days!!!!

They didnt have what I needed in the store but did on line. Shane ordered it for me to be delivered to my house! Great customer service and nice guy!

Im in a wheelchair and a girl named Megan who works there walked me right through the correct Isles where the product was that I needed. Write to the register, very very helpful and polite

I went to Staples and talked with Eddie and he was wonderful. He has a ton of patience and is very helpful and solved the problem with my computer.

The majority of the staff here are extremely immature and provide the most pathetic customer service. They constantly make excuses as to why they cant print my order (dont have the right paper, theyre too busy etc..).. I highly recommend trying another staples, even if ya have to hop a flight to bangladesh

This particular Staples print center is worthless. I think that the only competent associate is Rusty. Ive come with the same exact document 3 times and two of the three times different associates have altered the document and I end up paying for paper to recycle. Rusty was able to print the document flawlessly the first time around. I ended up just purchasing plenty of toner so I dont have to deal with coming to this store. When I tried to get toner for the printer the sales associate that tried to help me couldnt find the toner and I ended up having to search the store to find it myself. Incompetent and worthless its obvious why these people work retail.

Very poor this trip. Understaffed, under trained. Manager walked past long line at checkout twice without pitching in and helping. Not usually this bad but today it was.

I rarely givebad reviews and I have no complaint about how the staff does their job the people that work there are professional and polite. That said whoever manages the place needs to step their game up. I go to Staples all over the Northeast and this one always has one of their 3 copiers out of service. The place always looks cluttered and needs to be vacuumed. They are always out of 1 of the three things I need to pick up. The place is chronically understaffed and there is never anyone working the floor to help customers. I am a field supervisor and work out of my home. I go to Staples probably at least three times every week. This one is five mins from my house and will go to one 30 mins away in Hamden because they always have what I am looking for as opposed to this one. I definitely get the impression at this place that management is asleep at the wheel.

Do not bring your important work to this location. This place is completely disorganized. I brought a project here for my company, was charged a price and than two days later they called to charge us several hundred dollars more because their employee had made a mistake. The supervisor decided to honor it. Upon pick up she changed her mind and decided she was not going to honor it because she chewed up her employee and he denys making any mistake with pricing out the order, and she believes him over us therefore calling us the customers as liars. Weve spent thousands of dollars in projects here in previous years there is no need to lie. If you tell a customer you will honor something because their employee messed up, you dont say Oh well I cant honor it anymore because your a liar and I believe him over you. Very disrespectful and unethical.

Stay Clear of their Postal Service. Staples now offers shipping services for the USPS. They even offered a 20% off to use it, what they dont tell you is that they charge 20% extra to use the service and so not only do you not save any money, but their service is slow as molasses. With four folks ahead of me I waited nearly a half an hour to be waited on. The line seemed longer than at the Post Office and moves much slower. Absolutelly do not ship from Staples unless you are prepared to pay more for the convenience of shipping from Staples. You are better using Click N. Ship or going to the post office in Branford or East Haven, I would stay clear of Staples like the plauge. Am so very upset at how long the line was in addition to the increase in cost. 6.60 for a priority envelope and 8.60 to ship the small priority box at their price.
