I came here as a translator for a patient. They have their own private parking lot. Absolutely the best staff I’ve seen in a while. The ladies behind the front desk are very amicable and efficient. This was one of the fastest check-ins ever and private info update. They have a nice system set up to avoid having many people clustered together. The office is very clean and bright! The doctor was very nice, took his time examining the patient, answered questions, multiple tests were done. Overall great experience. They were upfront about costs and insurance coverage. Unfortunately for me, the town is a bit of drive from where I live.

Relaxed professional eye exams for both my husband and I. We never feel rushed because Dr. Rubsams office manager, Linda does not book his appointments too close together. So..we are good to go for another year!

This place was a great find. Doctor takes his time and does not rush through your exam, there is a great selection of frames for all price ranges and the office ladies are sweet and so helpful!!

Unfortunately Dr. Rubsam didnt take responsibility when he chipped the edge of one of my contact lenses, while examining them out of my eye. All he said was that my lense had a chip, which I replied that I had not felt any thing. I did not notice any damage to the lense when I put the lenses back in, however, one eye felt very uncomfortable. When I returned home, I had to take the lenses out, and noticed one lense with two large chips on the edge. I will return to pick up my glasses and new lenses, but wont go back, nor recommend him.
