You won’t find a better company to deal with anywhere. They should teach businesses what customer service is all about. From the owner, to the people that answer the phone, to the drivers, perfection. Don’t be put off by the name. They get the exact same oil that all the other dealers get at the terminal. They don’t store it waiting for the price to go up. They fill their trucks and bring it to your house. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Purple Fuel!

I’ve used them several times in the past couple years mostly due to having some of the most competitive prices in the area when it comes to oil. I am in the midst of switching over to gas and was hoping to finish the turnover right before running out of oil. Ofcourse, I ran out of oil first right before some of the coldest temperatures of the season. I called them up, and even though I had missed the cutoff for next day delivery, the staff did their best and made it so I could be added for delivery que that same day without any extra charge. I was extremely appreciative and happy with their friendliness and service. Thank you!

Lowest price I can find and the owner was cool when I had to talk to him the first time I got oil from them. They have always been the lowest I can find in the last 2.5 years and they deliver when they say they will my area it Tuesday Thursday and Ive ordered the afternoon before and was filled the next day.

I am very surprised at the one star reviews. Ever since I moved to Guilford, this is the only company I used. I order online and they promptly deliver and drop the receipt in the mailbox.I will tell you why they are honest. One time I put in an online order and they mistakenly put $3,000 on my charge card instead of the $300 and change. I was promptly called and was left a message about the errror. I also received an email about what occured and when I called, I dont remember his name but he told me what happened and was very apologetic. True to their word, the amount was immediately reversed with the correct put through.They have also delivered always the correct amount of oil. I am very stingy with my oil since heating cost can rise if you dont pay attention but they have always come through and quickly deliver when I place an order.To me they are the best. I was told when I bought my house since it was my first home that I needed to have a contract with an oil company incase of an emergency and for servicing. I said are you kidding me? I said Id take my chances with no contract and do oil on demand haha. It has been the best decision with no headaches.I only use purple oil for my oil needs and MTL heating for my servicing of my furnace. These two are the perfect combination I could ever have asked for.Use purple oil for your needs. Oh, yeah, they are that good!.
