Horrible experience. Very bad customer service . They could care less about your opinion or how they treat you. Ife rate them a zero of it was an option. They canceled my insurance without my ok and caused me to be without a phone for almost a month which i cant evan say how much money i lst for sure but a lot due to not being able to answer any of my calls for almost a month and they never compensated me or evan oppoligized for their actions worst people Ive ever had to try and work with ever. Dont use Boost for any reason is my advice

İve Been With Boost Mobile Since Around June Of 2Ø1∅, They Have Always Been Very Good Too Me, just Last September Maybe A Few Days Before My BirthDay, This Old Man My Brother Knew Stole His Drill, Afew Other Things Of His, & He Took My Cellular Phone İ Had With Boost Mobile. After İ Reported İt Stolen To Boost, İ Let Them Know İt May Be A Little While Before İ Could Afford A New Cellular Phone, So just Place My Account On Hold, İll Contact Them As Soon As İ Get Another Cellular Device. İll just Say This, İm NoLonger Wi̇th Boost. Policy Over Rides A Happy Costumer.

This place has terrible customer service. I recommend Metro PCS. They get better service than boost does too.
