I stopped into this store by complete accident. All I was looking for was information on my plan and a possible upgrade of my phone. With Patrick the manager he took his time to investigate if their was any better plans and what I actually needed in a new phone so that my user experience was much better. An Exceptional experience visiting with this Verizon Retailer. We have multiple phones on our calling/data plan. Walking into this store I was skeptical because of how many 5* reviews this location has gotten. Now walking out of this location I can fully understand how and why Patrick and this location has gotten so many highly rated reviews. I came into the store today because my phone went swimming. It was a great experience. The manager Patrick was kind down to earth and knowledgeable. During my trip to the store he helped me locate my unknown email address, reset my password and even found my backed up data. He set up my new phone and I truly love the attention to detail.

The manager was able to help me with a few things on my phone which was also surprising that he was knowledgeable enough to help with the complex issues I was having. Ultimately I got a new phone at that time, which they took the time to make sure everything was transferred and then went over the new phone with me before I left.
