If it werent for their location relative to me and competitive pricing I wouldnt even give them 1 star....now. Not long ago they would have received at least 4 stars from me.Lets start with their website. Sure, its just a purchased template from some third-party vendor...but it is completely unusable on my Android phone, Chromebook, or Windows machine, regardless of browser. So attempting to view available stock and filter to what I really want is useless. Pretty much makes it so one has to visit and browse IRL just to see whats available.Which brings up my second peeve. When I started visiting them about 8mo ago they had an inviting and warm staff who was more than helpful with any questions I may have had. On a side note: Ive been transitioning from 40yrs of flower smoking to oil vaping and have had many questions, to which they have been most helpful. However, in the past month or so the quality of their staff has declined noticeably. One particular recent addition presents themselves with a why are you bothering me at work attitude. To the point of openly admitting to me that RBF (Resting B**** Face) as their default retail presentation.Having spent a couple decades in the retail industry and another couple in the IT industry I can say with confidence these are both areas of small business management that can make or break a business.I only hope things improve there. I really enjoyed them when I moved to the area and would like to again.

I am a frequent customer been going for years, I buy about two ounces a month here. today we have a issue after they claim my friend was buying a $10 joint for minners because he said it was recommended by me. then required all parties id cards . so i get out my car go in the store explaining that im 28 gave them i.d and discussed that i wa waiting in the car with my family and sent my homie in. after Complying with giving them my id and offering to see were all over 21 they refused to sell me the joint. then grabbed there manager who told me i cant have my child wait in the parking lot in my car with her mother who is 26, said they shouldn’t be on the property anyways, bro people have kids!! im not smoking with my 3 yr old in the car!! just came from mcdonalds and they were eating. never coming back ty should of sold me $10 joint lost $3500 of my yearly business

Went in for the first time today and they robbed me. They sold me the wrong thing then wouldnt exchange it even though I caught the mistake before I had even left their property. Were not Walmart, where its easy to return stuff, is what the manager said. I will never be back there again.

My favorite shop

On two separate occasions I went into this location to find they do not take mask guidelines seriously enough. On one occasion I had to keep telling the tender to put his mask on, and when I asked a question about my order he proceeded to pull his mask down and put his bare face directly over my purchase order. When I addressed this with the on duty manager, she assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I go back in a separate time, this time a different tender wasn’t wearing a mask. Only a face shield for which a mask is still required. That will be my last purchase ever from this location and I will be sure to keep spreading the word- clear choice clearly doesn’t care, and at this point, there’s not much they can do to change my mind on that.

I recently visited their new location and I have to say that I was impressed! First off it was easy to find with the large purple banner. The exterior of the building was very clean and looked very nice. The interior was extremely organized and spotless as well. I was welcomed by Chad and he helped me with my purchase. Im not a frequent user and I explained exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He asked questions and wasnt pushy at all. He found what I needed fairly quickly and explained about the product in great detail and why he thought it would be a great option for me. I always hesitate going into places like this since I really dont know exactly what to get. There are lots of great options. The store is bright and the cases that hold the product are super organized and easy to see. You dont have to stand behind a large counter and squint at the back wall to find what youre looking for.Ive been in other stores with not so great results. I have found a sales person I can trust and I would highly recommend this place. Check it out!

This store is the gold standard of what this kind of shoppe or any other small store should be!So I would at first say these people have great discounts, but they have them so often that its almost like there arent days that they do not have a discount.They have very courteous and well-trained staff that really know their product.The atmosphere is very clean and inviting here, that I would never guess they are operating anything but professional sales and service.They frequently host small events for customers to meet the proprietors of the products they sell which is a great way to inform people about their processes and methods of procuring these goods.This is seriously my favorite store and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Im a medical cannabis user in my 60s and often get a bit overwhelmed. A very nice young man by the name of Dionte took charge, helping me through what I was looking for, and how much it would be. He was professional and kind, making the whole experience better for me. I will be back.

Best cannabis shop Ive come across on this side of Narrows bridge. Still havent found and 6* hash or rosin, but Refine & Treehawk farms are there. Those are two of the better companies in the 502 market.

At first the blonde bud tender told me $40 per ounce. So I go get money out of the ATM and she changes the price to $59. I asked her about the $40 ounce, and she said I dont know which one I said was $40, but these are definitely $59. I only looked at one. Regardless, I paid. But then I also noticed on my receipt that there was no Sunday 12% discount either. I admit I am new to this dispensary market in Seattle area, but I get treated way better in the black market. One of the largest Cannabis dispensaries Ive ever been to. The budtenders are friendly, helpful and seem very knowledgeable. They seem to have quite a few sales, frequently. They have a phone app that you can download, which is a nice feature.

First time going here. Dont know who the hell has the last name Word, but I dont know why I would sign my last name as Word on my I.D. that was issued in 2015. I barely passed Geometry, not sure how the hell I would make a fake I.D. at the age of 16. If my I.D. is valid to an officer, it should be valid in a cannabis shop.Dont think Ill be back here again.

Theyre the homies, good oil, good prices. Theyve got deals running pretty frequently for 20-30% off the entire store It kinda surprises me how often they do it. The reward system is ok. They give you a point for every dollar you spend and you use them to get discounts. 10% for 300, 15% for 600 and 20% for 1500. I think its kinda steep, especially considering how often they do the same discount, if not more, for everything in the store. But Ive never had a bad experience, this place is great!

Even if youre going in there not buying anything, but with someone buying something, its an awesome place to look around for a few minutes. The prices are great, the selection is great, the people are great, the shop is great. Im trying to think of something negative to say, but I cant.. Ive been in the store 10+ times and have always had a good experience. Found what I wanted and got helped quick and out the door. Ive never felt pressured either. The staff is very knowledgeable. And if they dont know the product, theyll find someone in the store who does. All around, 5 star pot shop.
