Customer service was great but I feel like I just paid $750 for a water pump I didn’t even need. It seems the cause of the chirping sound I’m still getting is from coolant leaking onto my belt/pulleys or maybe one of the bearings is worn or needs lubricant.. The clamps don’t seem to be creating a strong enough seal because I don’t see any cracks in my hoses but can see the coolant leaking right onto my belt area. So, off to autozone I go for some worm clamps and hopefully that fixes my problem.Waste of money & time.
Great folks! They handled a recall on my GMC, changed my oil and got a kitten out that somehow got stuck above my wheel well. Will service my truck there from now on!

Worst service department. I brought my car in with 3 different issues and the service writer only had the techs fix the check engine light. My car was still running hot and making a loud noise. The service writer assured me everything was fixed when he called and said my car was ready. When I got there and started my car the noise was still there and my car was running hot within 5 minutes. The service writer told me he couldn’t get to my car for another 3 days after it had already been there for 3 days. I will never take my car here again. The service writer also tried to push a repair on me that had no bearing on my cars performance.
It took just a few minutes to put TWO screws in to replace a broken latch on my glove box ! Then they moved my truck out of the shop. I could watch from inside the building waiting room. I waited for another 30 minutes or more, then I went outside and my truck was in the lot. I finally found someone and asked if it was ready. She said it has been ready for a while . NO ONE came to let me know! THEN,I got charged over $100 AFTER insurance! thats B.S.!!!

I was having some car trouble while driving on the highway and pulled over to realize my protective car covering for under my engine, also known as the skid plate, was dragging and making noise.I pulled into the Laroche Chevy dealer for immediate assistance. Jason and his team assisted me right away and to give me a quick fix to get me on my way. He was nice enough not to charge me as he knew this was a temporary fix. His professional was definitely shown and they are a real class act as my service couldn’t have been any better. Thanks guys.
Cole is the best salesperson I have had the pleasure of dealing with - I highly recommend Cole and La Roche, even if you have to drive in from Houston/Austin/Dallas. I had been shopping for a new truck and talked to several dealerships during the process. Cole was kind and straightforward and was top-notch in his professionalism. We drove in from Austin, he had a vehicle prepped, paperwork filled and ready to sign - we were in and out in about 30 minutes.
Would not show me the vehicle I came to look at and ran my plates while I was not looking. Condescending conversation. No inventory.

When I was looking for my truck I knew exactly what I wanted. I reached out to a few different dealerships about the exact truck I wanted. A couple dealerships emailed and called me almost immediately trying to make a sale, but not what I wanted. Cole Wagner actually listened to my request and contacted me about my exact truck I wanted, which had to be ordered. When COVID-19 hit, production was halted. Cole was very responsive and kept me updated constantly. The process was very enjoyable and I very much appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of Cole Wagner and the entire La Roche team. I definitely will and have already recommended La Roche to friends and will shop their again, even though it is not my local dealership.
John did a great job on getting my truck fixed and quickly.I do have one issue. My drives door was hit by another blue truck or something.Not happy about that at all had no dings till then.Should be a excellent but that ding !!!!
The Service staff is friendly and professional.But we had our new truck since April 2020 and it has been in twice for electronic problems.The second time, the truck was in for almost 30 days.My comment is that regardless of service being paid or under warranty, I would like to have a detailed service receipt for each time that states all parts and what was done. I have not received that after requesting those service receipts.
I can say out of the many dealerships I have done business with, this location is the worst, with regards to customer service. I had a car dropped off for warranty repairs, and due to some issues, had to sit in the lot for some time. I called the other day to make sure I could pick up and pay for any fees. I was bounced between 5 people who acted like I was a bother and they had no time for me. When I finally made it to the service department, the man was rude and short with me. I verified I could pick my car up and went today to get it. I have never been to a business where they continue to take calls while people are waiting in line. After I informed them why I was here, they acted like they had no idea what car I was talking about. For a company that should pride itself on customer service, especially for first time customera, this was a poor example. This was my first and last time to do any business with them.

Well, I made a decision. I am putting my 15 Toyota aside and going back to a Chevrolet Silverado. The main reason being is that Toyota has changed really nothing in looks, style, color, etc since I bought the first larger tundra in 07. Long time driving the same vehicle even though mine was a 2015. Chevy is vibrant, new, and basically way different than the previous ones that Ive owned. Updated well, along with a plethora of really unnecessary whistles and bells. Jerry, my salesman at la Roche was helpful to the max with me, although I had a feeling he didnt think I was serious. The version I chose was a new Silverado High Country, and after comparing the prices, payments, haggling,(wear boots) after comparing 2 Chevy dealers, and, maybe unfairly only one Toyota dealership, (my faithfulness to a salesman that has sold me 6 vehicles since 06). Had to make a tough decision to go back to Chevy. It will take me about a month or so before I get this truck figured out. The staff, friendliness, speed at which things moved along was very good, and I was impressed. So, as I learn and drive this vehicle, I will give out personal opinions about service, the truck and other items that may be of interest to you and others.
I called and made an appointment to have my oil changed. When I arrived, I was taken care of immediately. My oil was changed and I was back on the road in record time.

I was extremely disappointed to have to wait so long (5 weeks) for my new 2021 truck (I had driven it less than 100 miles) to be repaired, because of engine light coming on.
Very poor communication from the dealership throughout this month long process. For the first two weeks, we had to call for updates, sometimes waiting a couple of days for the return call with an update.We were never OFFERED a loaner vehicle. After 2 weeks without a vehicle, we asked if that was an option and only then were we given one to drive.Due to a full month without my vehicle, we inquired about a payment refund and were told that we needed to go back to our selling dealership. Which we did that day. The process began immediately with the selling dealership but Laroche had not closed out the ticket from May 8th, 2020. To this date(June 4, 2020), the service ticket still has not been closed out. Consequently, the selling dealership cant process my payment refund.This is not the first time we have experienced poor service from Laroche and would not recommend Laroche to our friends or family.

We took my husbands 2013 GMC 2500hd here. They said they diagnosed the problem and fixed it(for$350 plus dollars). Guess What? It messed up again the next day. Because of the labor charges, my husband decided to change out ALL of the ignition coils(the diagnosis was a bad ignition coil). Big surprise here, it didnt fix it. Now we have no choice but to take it back in to fixed. Will they fix it or not. Big question for today is, will they fix it, or will it be kicked down the road. The next big question and the most important is will they fix it right to end this or will they keep kicking the can down the road so that they can keep the revenue coming in. Make the customer happy and fix their vehicle or keep having them come in to keep the revenue up. Your answer is as good as mine.

My truck broke down as I was driving through Brenham so I limped into Loroche Chevrolet with my loaded horse trailer. Phillip in the service department immediately started too analyze theproblem and arrange to get it fixed. They got me back on the road in about 3 hours. They couldnt have treated me, or my trucks problem any better.
They were fast and friendly. I couldnt recommend them more highly for their service.

So I dropped my car off Monday morning. Got a call Tuesday afternoon quoting just under 900 for a tune up. But Philip told me nothing was wrong with it and it drives like a dream. Little backstory dropped it off because it wasnt accelerating.... Something was just off. Guess whos car just died on the 290 this morning. Mine. Dream my ass, something is major wrong with it.

This is the third time I have had my vehicle at LaRoche for the same issue. I paid $500 the last time my vehicle was there and the technician did not check to make sure there werent any leaks in my AC lines so I brought my vehicle back again and I was quoted an estimate of over $800 to get my vehicle repaired. I refused the service and will not be using LaRoche again.
