Wes from the service department worked with my wife and I at the Brewer location. He was was friendly and helpful and immediately likeable. He kept us updated on the progress of the work and we were in and out very quickly. I was completely satisfied with the service and everyone that we interacted with was friendly and courteous. I left with the feeling that this was the place where I wanted to be from now on. I will be bringing both of my vehicles here for tires and repairs going forward.

I stopped by with out an appointment because Tom’s wheels and tires I had installed somewhere else were causing vibrations. I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Marcus came out to my car in the parking lot and suggested a part I might need and offered to check them to make sure they were tight. He got me right in.While I was waiting every associate and mechanic was friendly said hello or spoke to me. I left with a safe car.They also had a headlight for another car we own that no one else has in stock locally!I got the part I needed and stopped by again when it came in, with no appointment and was seen right away for the install. Marcus was again amazing. I noticed him greeting many other customers by name and really taking a real interest in them. Again, other associates and mechanics greeted me while I was waiting. I got the parts installed and they rebalanced my wheels.I had such great service I went back today to get a new tire for my wheelbarrow. It’s an odd size and wasn’t in stock, but would be in with in one business day! Marcus made sure to ask me how my car was riding, and said to come back if I didn’t feel it was right.They have a great team there.

A trusted mechanic is worth his or her weight in gold. When my car died, I could not wait for our guy to be back from vacation. The good folks at the Brewer VIP got my car right in and were friendly and professional from beginning to end. As the lead technician explained the progressive steps he would take to diagnose and fix the problem in as cost effective a manner as possible, my confidence grew as his plan matched exactly what I expected based on research I had done - nothing more, nothing less. My car was done when projected. I went in, chatted and chuckled with the staff, paid, and drove away a happy customer.

The Brewer VIP has excellent service, and fantastic employees! I needed an oil change and they were able to get me right in, along with speedy service! Nathan was extremely helpful, and super polite! Definitely recommend, and will be coming back!

I was told by dealership (where I purchased my vehicle) that they were booked weeks out for sticker, oil change and check over. I made an appointment this morning for later today at Brewer VIP!! By far the best place I have ever gotten my car/truck worked on. We’ve had the pleasure working with Marcus. He’s helped us with oil changes/tire rotations/new tires/ letting us know when things are do ect. By far the nicest car shop I’ve ever gone to, highly recommend!

My son has our Ford Flex while his car is down and I had him take it to be looked at even though the sticker was still good. I spoke with Jordan a few times. He is pleasant and easy to talk to and make things happen. The car was dropped off and fixed and legal within 24 hours. While my son is in school, this will be where I have our vehicles worked on for any future problems thanks to Jordan and the team.

Didnt have an appt/ walked in/ was serviced ( needed exhaust system replaced) promptly and Mr Wes Luther( mechanic who performed the task) was EXCELLENT not only in explaining things but in repairing my 12 year old vehicle expertly/ expediently.I have never had SUCH a gifted excellent mechanic as he and until he ever retires I will be his number 1 fan and loyal customer.I AM SO BLESSED the normal VIP I used to go to was BOOKED UP.I am grateful for the professionalism/ knowledge/ and work ethic Mr Luther bestows on his customers.5 stars is not enough...this crew deserves 1000.

Terrible. They will take you for every cent they can. I wouldnt trust them to even change my oil. They will always find additional things wrong with your vehicle, charge you top dollar to fix it, and then tell you to schedule another appointment in the future. Probably the least trust worthy garage in Maine. Also, very unprofessional and condescending staff.

Very honest and upfront. I had a diagnostic scan done on my car and they told me what should be fixed now, what can be fixed at a latter date and those items that were found to be fine. They offer lifetime warranty on certain parts and labor goes with it. I will definitely go back.

They are high on labor but do good and most of the time they can get you that same day

Some miscommunication amongst employees resulted in me being turned away from a walk-in inspection. After addressing this in a review, I received a call from VIP offering to check out my car as soon as possible, at no cost. When I arrived, they were very helpful and friendly, and they took my car in to inspect it immediately. Thank you for everything!

These guys are great. Always help with my purchase selection and even changed my wipers. Totally recommend. Havent had much experience with the mechanical aspect but they have always been helpful with purchases of tires, wiperblades and batteries.

Honest and fair service. I never feel like they’re taking advantage of me. I love that they have the viewing window when they are working on my vehicle. I also appreciate how they will bring me in to show me if something is wrong with my vehicle. I don’t have to just take their word for it. I’ve gone to other VIP’s like Bangor and Ellsworth and did not feel the same amount of trust that I feel with the people who work in Brewer.

Excellent. They slipped me into their schedule last minute and were informative about the issues current with my car and potential future and quick as well. Highly recommended. Not just the Brewer location but all the VIPs in the area.

Went in for an inspection and ended up with lots of front end work that needed to be done. Only took them 2 hours to complete and they gave me a great price. We take all of our vehicles here for inspections, oil changes, brakes, and a bunch of other stuff. The crew are great and get us in and out in a reasonable time.

I am very pleased with the service for State Inspection that I received today. This is my wifes car and I want her to be safe. The vehicle had brake issues which I was informed about during the visit. The entire service team went above and beyond to let me know what I needed. I was in and out within an hour with brakes that were like the day we bought the car. 5 stars to the whole team.....

I had an issue with one of my tires and I brought it to VIP because they were luckily open on a Sunday. I felt that I was overcharged for a service and the manager, Jordon, reached out to me personally to correct the problem. He explained the situation thoroughly and is personally willing to do the work the tire needed to be corrected. This is the type of service that makes me want to come back to the store. I appreciate his time and willingness to get the situation figured out! Thank you Jordon for the great service!

When I needed a last minute oil-change and tire rotation before a short road trip the staff was very accomodating in getting me into the schedule quickly and taking care of my needs. I have been a customer at other VIP/OReilly locations throughout ME and Ive found that on the whole they provide great service.

Jordon and the team in Brewer always do a great job, and have excellent communication with their customers. Ill always bring my vehicles here and refer friends and family to them because I know they will continue doing great work.

Other then the store manager not putting a seat cover on my drivers seat which there was a grease stain on my drivers seat which wasnt there before and driving my car into the shop bay for an AC Recharge my experience was great I do recommend Brewer VIP But ask them to put a seat cover on your seat so you dont get a grease stain on your drivers seat.

Not very happy! The sign out front says buy 3 get one free! my friend was able to go in and get the same exact tires i wanted for $131 I then get told no you have to get them mounted on and gave me a quote for $280. Why was he allowed to get them without them mounted and i wasnt IF its truly buy 3 get 1 free maybe they should put WITH INSTALL if that is the case I feel like this is false advertisement hoping this will get seen and maybe get taken care of

Troy helped me find a great set of tires, went out of his way to make sure those tires were transported from another store in the area and squeezed me in for an appointment that day to get them installed. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and with the service provided at VIP in Brewer!

First the battery light came on then ABS light then air bag light and no air conditioning. I cautiously drove to VIP. They suspected the alternator, changed that out and all is well. Very satisfied with their communication to me and rapid repairs.

I called after popping a tire on some piece of metal on the highway. They stayed open late to fix my tire AND did not act like they were doing anything special. Thank you Marcus and Troy!

While visiting family in the Bangor area, I became aware that I had gotten a flat tire. Not being familiar with the area, I was a fish out of water. That was when I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus, he helped put my spare tire on and refused any kind of compensation for doing so. He had mentioned that he worked at the VIP in Brewer. I just made my first appointment with them, to get my oil changed & my inspection done. I have to believe that if a company has someone like Marcus working for them, they hold the kind of values I look for in a garage.

I have been going here for over seven years. They have always been very accommodating in getting my car in as needed and in doing a great job with repairs. The only reason I gave them three stars is that, in the last couple of years, they havent been as timely in calling back with updates and information and twice in this time they did not check and align my tires when changing them out before and after the snows - a lifetime service I have prepaid for and specifically ask for when bringing in my car for this routine changeover. With all the potholes, this is a pretty important service to me. Fix this and I would up my stars!

All the guys here are very nice, and saved me a LOT of money as compared to another larger repair shop I got a quote from.

I do well buying tires here. I wouldnt get much work done here. The mechanic on duty couldnt do a front end alignment because it was rusty. Truck has 66000 miles, 4 years old. I took it home put penetrating oil on it, its fine.
