I had mike on the phone for around 3 hours today walking me through different troubleshooting procedures, very professional and helpful pensotti makes a good product and obviously hires the right people.

Wall mount Pensotti gas water heater stopped working at 4:00PM on a Friday (of course). Spoke with a service tech named Ty on the phone...problem solved with his guidance before 4:30! Thanks for the quick fix and helpful instruction. Will recommend!
