The nicest personal I have met at a hardware store. Very crowded with tons of hardware supplies inside, but more than likely, you will find what you are looking for or the sales personnel will find it for you.

These guys are great! Every time I go there they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Ive gotten to know Jimmy over the years from coming into the store and cant say enough good things about him. If you ever need something from the hardware store go to Ace hardware in Brewster and ask for Jimmy, he will take good care of you! My experiences at Brewster True Value have always turned out well. The workers are very helpful and friendly. If they dont have what you need, they will get it for you. We are lucky to have such a good hardware store in Brewster. It could be a small item or a large one. It doesnt matter, they go out of their way to help you. 10/18 They recently changed to Brewster Ace Hardware. Same good people. Same good service!

As a Cape resident, landscaper and treeworker I have found Brewster True Value to be one of my favorite stores anywhere. Unflagging in their friendly service and very competitive in their pricing, they have always been happy to help me solve even the most obscure hardware problems, no matter how big or small. Anytime Im in the Brewster area and I need any hardware Ace hardware is unbelievable they have almost anything that I never needed one time I need a price for a door the gentleman spent an hour on his computer to find what I needed ordered the items everyone is so friendly

Staff is attentive,they reach out to help guidetce or give ideas,hints etc on how to solve,fix etc. Great paints excellenst tools. Grills are the best,,have been. Customer for 30 years..always positive and courteous..they could even be innkeepers.
