Very knowledgeable on the latest products, very helpful in picking out a replacement system for my truck. Took time to explain options to an old school Hi Fi owner. The real plus was the fact that they actually have a great inventory. Will deal with again. Oh and the stereo sounds great.

Almost had an install there but was cursed out by the owner because I wanted to install a pre purchased touchscreen (which was compatible)This was about 4 years ago, so they may have switched hands, stopped in again with my new car, but still overpriced by about $500. Just go to Best Buy 🤣

Having had some difficulty with another shops audio installation, Lairson found and fixed the problems. Recently I decided to install a new audio system in my new Nissan truck. Kevins customer service was impeccable and the installation works as promised. Thank you for your professionalism, assistance and courteousness. Do not pass on this shop for your next audio upgrade; they are excellent.

I want to thank the staff of Lairson Electronics for the great jobs they did for me. We had a fantastic experience when I brought my family to buy new phones. I went in with a lot of questions about the different phones. They helped me and my family with choosing a phone for everyone. They also went over the phones in detail, great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism that I decided to have them install a remote start in my Honda Odyssey. They did a great Job with the installation. They explained how it worked and went over it again to make sure I understood how to use it. We are so pleased we had Lairson Electronics install remote start into our Ford and Acura. Great job! I highly recommend them and will use them again. I think because of Lairson Electronics being a small business I felt it was more personal than the big chain, at least to me if felt like they cared about you and what you think to make you feel comfortable and more knowledgeable about your purchase.

Great customer service!! They gave me very good detailed information about my service, while making me feel comfortable about the equipment. Also assuring me that if I had any complications, they would be there to assist.

These guys were great!! I had to have a photo inspection of my cars done for the insurance company, didnt need an appt, which made it even more convenient!! The gentleman at the counter explained if the weather breaks I was welcome to stop back in. About 5 mins later the sun came out and I went right back and he was so helpful, immediately took the necessary photos(as it looked like it was getting ready to rain again) and I still needed to bring my other car in for the same thing. When I came back Kevin had just left to go for lunch, he happened to see me pulling in and turned around and came back to do the inspection instead of going and having his lunch break. So above and beyond anything I couldve expected!! These guys are great. And as for their electronic installations, repairs, etc...years ago they installed custom speaker boxes and sound systems in two of my vehicles and did an amazing job!! My family and I have known Lou Lairson since the late 90s. We have done a lot of business with him over the years whether it was installing a radio, speakers, customized sound system, to installing an automatic car starter, as well as cell phone and accessories. The work and detail is always precise, and done top notch! Lou is always friendly and inviting. He takes pride in his talent and it shows in his work! One thing I respect is that he is honest and he takes care of his customers.
