I have nothing but praise for this establishment! Top notch service by obviously far more experience than others in the area. Well worth the extra distance I travel to get there as I pass other places that were not capable. I dropped off a spoked wheel that was untrue and new tire. After trying other places and becoming frustrated I figured I would try here.... when I got there the owner said he was very busy with bike week approaching and had a shop full of bikes...I said no worries just get to it when you can...he said it could take a couple weeks. TWO DAYs later I got a phone call that my wheel is done and good as new....Wow. ..highly recommend

They did a very professional an excellent job putting a Frankenstein conversion trike kit on my 2007 H.D. 883 Sportster. This was their first trike kit they have done. Sheppard Mill went above an beyound with their professionalism! You rock!
