I still believe one of the most stressful things in life is when your car has a problem, especially being it is supposed to be the most dependable item we have in our lives, in my opinion, since it gets us to and fro to our required destinations constantly and consistently. When my car did not start my brain flooded with all the negative possibilities and visions of high dollar bills floated around. Needless to say it was not a relaxing evening waiting until the store opened this morning, but I have never felt so positive or at ease after speaking with Ashley!! She was kind and extremely knowledgeable with her help over the phone and in person at the store. Coupled with Nick diagnosing the issue and then changing out the battery, today’s mountain of stress was eliminated and I have one less thing on my plate for the day and my week ahead could not look just a bit more positive and worry free. Thanks to Ashley and Nick, and it is employees like you that make customers like us continue coming back and telling our friends where to go.

Friendly and Respectful

Buyer beware. Id give a zero if possible. I ordered a product online (twice). Both times received the wrong product. When I went to return the incorrect product at the store they only gave me a partial refund. I ordered the correct product. Paid for the correct product. Why the partial refund. Store policy.

Associate guided me to product (brake fluid) and brought me out to my car to assist me in putting it in and guiding me on the process of pressing and releasing the brakes to allow the fluid to seep in.Friendly, informative, quick and easy. Will be back next time im in need

Knowledgeable and courteous

Went in needing a new battery. Explained i was aware dead and ran an altenator check from my jumper back already. The wonderful woman checked said 2 types in stock and we went out to my jeep. She used tester and ran and was surprised my 2008 grand cherokee limited had original battery in it. We both agreed long over due. Sge had my plug in i call the saver to save all my stations and things. Went in offered me 2 diffrent types paid and she came out installed and took old battery. Everything saved as she said and was a fantastic service. I will definitely be back

Best experience Ive ever had an auto parts store. Staff was friendly & so helpful & patient. I was assisted by Luke. Got my complimentary battery check & Luke even checked to see if it was my alternator that was failing (thank God it was only the battery). My battery was also installed for free as well & the prices at this store are great compared to other places. This is my go to store always from now on! Keep up with the great customer service!

My sons battery needed to be replaced. Ordered it online 25% discount, :) Called the Bridgewater store. Tony answered, I asked if I they would install the new battery, without hesitation, he said, absolutely. Drove down to the store, the battery was on the counter. Tony installed it within a few minutes. Cannot thank him enough. Happy to help, thats what we are here for, He said.They are fortunate to have Tony in their employ. Always treated well when I choose Advanced Auto Parts.

Great place to buy your parts good customer service

These employees need to be drug tested. They all seem high. Luke was the last good employee but he left. Now they have drug addicts working who are ignorant and have no idea about auto repair.
