Saddened that my friends spent money here. What I received has to be far from what they were imagining/planning - a small arrangement, a day later than expected with dead and wilting flowers (see image below). I’ve tried calling the florist & left voicemail with no response. Would not recommend.Update: Spoke to a nice man who was completely apologetic and appreciative of the feedback. Going to try to resend the arrangement. Will update accordingly!

What was delivered was nothing like what the photo showed, clear vase instead of blue (mind you this arrangement was named beautiful in blue) I paid for a deluxe arrangement and it definitely looks like a standard... spoke to Kayla yesterday who stated shed look into it and call me back, going on almost 24hours and no call back... will certainly not use this florist again, wouldve been better going to the supermarket florist...

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift. They are stunning! Lovely arrangement and they are very fresh. It’s been four days and they smell amazing and look like they did day one. I will use this florist in the future. I’m surprised by some of these reviews but maybe they took them to heart to improve their services. Thanks for the beautiful arrangement!

So I know this place has a lot of mixed reviews with a lot of them being negative. I decided to give them a shot and couldn’t of been happier. They delivered the flowers for a co-workers funeral on time and was exactly what was advertised. Literally looked exactly like the picture from their site. I spoke with someone from the funeral and she said the flowers were delivered about an hour before the wake which is exactly what I requested. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Find another florist to do business with!!! This florist cannot make on time deliveries and what they end up delivering, is not worth your time and money! Go to your local grocery store to find MUCH better flowers than this florist delivers.....and delivers late!

Product(flowers) are probably fine, delivery person, not the sharpest tack in the box. When you ring the doorbell at 9:30 AM and a dog is barking it is safe to ASSume that if there is someone other than the dog home they know that someone is at the door and there is no need to knock also. I believe that this is covered on day 1 of delivery 101...

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my sister from my mom and me. Wasn’t even delivered on her birthday! Delivered the next day - and slip said it was delivered the day before. Arrangement looks NOTHING like I ordered. Wilted flowes on top of it. Can’t get ahold of anyone from Customer Service at FlowerShopping.com where I ordered it from OR this florist. Will NEVER order from that site again or this florist. By the way - this may be my sister’s last birthday. She’s dying. Thanks a bunch you useless knobs!

Horrible !!! I ordered an arrangement for my stepdads funeral. It was supposed to be light blue, dark blue, and white flowers with a dark blue bow. They were completely the wrong colors. They were pink, purple and white with a yellow bow. Also my final message to him on the card was completely wrong. And, they sent 2 of the same arrangements. It made me feel awkward to have 2 arrangements from me, like I was trying to be a 1 upper type of person. Thank god the funeral director put 1 of them in the closet. Everyone else ordered their flowers from Farleys down the street and theirs were exquisite, and similar in price. If the occasion your ordering flowers for is important to you, stay away from Bridgewater Florist. Go to Farleys.

I ordered a specific arrangement with lily’s and roses for a friend who lost his mom, but the arrangement received an totally different. Not one rose in the arrangement and was mostly carnations. The flowers were not delivered on that day I requested, and the flowers were dropped or knocked over and they delivered them broken. I left a message on there answering machine and it’s been a week and no one has bothered to return my call. NOT A RELIABLE FLORIST. Contacting the Better Business Bureau

The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered flowers and a box of candy for a colleague of mine who is leaving my company, and thought a gift would show my (our) appreciation. The flowers were delivered, but no candy. I called and called, and no answer. I left a message telling them they forgot the remainder of the gift. They emailed me back saying that they’ll reimburse me the money for the missing candy. And I answered back, “NO! Complete the order that you agreed upon!” And....... nothing. No response whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN will I use their service, and I will tell everyone I know not to as well. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

No comparison to what I thought I was purchasing for her as shown on the website….when she showed me her bouquet, the roses in the bouquet looked many days old~not fresh … I was so happy ordering these flowers … wanting to support a small, local business … AND I’m very disappointed with the product … will not use this business again…. sad ….

Summary: I experienced very unprofessional leadership who does not put the customer first.After the death of a friend me and 9 other friends collected money to send flowers for visitation. I called Bridgewater Florist (because they were listed as a resource on the funeral home website) and they said I was all set. After arriving for visitation at the funeral home the arrangement was nowhere to be found. The funeral home director told me that the arrangement started falling apart before visitation hours even started. The funeral director said they called Bridgewater Florist and left a voicemail to no avail. The funeral home director agreed that I should receive a full refund because the florist failed to deliver the job I called them for. The shop owner Eddie refused to talk to me and only offered me a store credit. A store credit will not help me or the nine other friends that contributed to this arrangement. Regrettably, I still have not received a refund.

My mother In law ordered me flowers for my birthday. That were sent to my office. She didn’t get free delivery with the code. It was a very small bouquet not what the picture showed. My name was spelt incorrectly TACEY. No flower food was provided. And it’s only been two days and they are already wilted half dead. She paid almost $100 for this!Ridiculous. Could have gotten better deal at the local supermarket. I feel bad she wasted her money.

I ordered flowers for a friend due to a loss in the family and what I ordered is not what was delivered. The delivery was made on time. However, I was disappointed with what was delivered. The vase was supposed to be pearl colored with a cross on it (which is why I chose that arrangement) and instead was a standard glass vase and the arrangement was pretty but it lacked a fullness and looked lopsided and was just filler. I would’ve ordered the standard option if I wanted a standard arrangement and size. The flower shop could’ve called if they were unable to provide the vase and perhaps I could’ve been given options to choose something other than glass. I know that florists can’t always guarantee an arrangement to look exactly as what is pictured but they do have a responsibility to have a full and complete product. Definitely do not recommend this florist.

Terrible experience, would not recommend. 02/16/2021 my girlfriend was pleasantly greeted by an older gentleman aggressively banging on her apartment door. When she opened the door the man was not wearing a face mask and greets her by yelling in her face saying that he called multiple times( the phone number on the card was not recognizable and Im not sure were they got it) and aggressively hands her the arrangement and walks away as my girlfriend says thank you in which he replies Whatever. The arrangement was practically rotting when we recieved it and we threw it out after a couple of days when it started to smell. Additionally, the card that came with the arrangement has a delivery date of 05/09/2020 so what... it took almost a year for them to be delivered and with no note on who its from?

I had searched everywhere for unique roses for my Godmothers unexpected wake and funeral and nowhere could I find a florist to add a custom banner that said Godmother or to include a card with writing in Irish, her native language. I had ordered an ordinary rose arrangement from another company without those things, but luckily found Bridgewater Florist the night before and was able to cancel the other order. Bridgewater Florist delivered the most beautiful heart made of gorgeous roses with a banner that read Loving Godmother and my card printed perfectly in Irish to the funeral home in West Roxbury and the family displayed it next to her in the casket. I cant believe the negative reviews because my experience was more than 100% positive. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience and would use them in the future.

I ordered the Sunny Day Pitcher of Cheer for delivery to Mom for Easter. No Pitcher; instead a cheap glass vase. The flower substitution is ridiculous (and certainly not comparable to the original), and the flowers are DEAD. This is disgraceful. I cant believe the delivery person could hand her this mess and think this is ok!

Not a great value for the money you pay. The flowers were just stuck in a cheap vase and not arranged very professionally. One entire side is empty. They look like something I could have bought at a grocery store and arranged myself. Very disappointed as these were sent to a friend over a loss of a family member and they look cheap.

Very bad experience. They sent the wrong order to my wife for Valentine’s Day. I called and was told I could keep the wrong order, and they would sent out a new one. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited next day with nothing. I called and was told my order was delivered and they acted as if they did not know anything about a new delivery being sent out. The guy that I talked to not only didn’t send me my correct order, but he sent someone to take back the old order (even with Covid going on they took it back). I just wanted my correct order at this point and still didn’t get it. 24$ box of chocolates they send me this little bag of chocolate nothing like advertised. This place is scamming people. Not happy with the customer service at all.

So disappointed with delivery of Peace Plant for my Son-in-Law and family. It was meant as an expression of Sympathy on the loss of his Mother. I ordered a tabletop plant in a decorative basket. What came was a very tall floor size plant in a plastic pot with holes on the sides with roots coming out. Not even a bow. Tried calling and was told the florist would return my call. They never called. Do not order from this florist!

I wish it was possible to put 0 stars. I ordered flowers 5/6 on their website, for same day delivery. A family friend of mine lost her mother, and i wanted to send her flowers- i live in Western MA, and she’s in Bridgewater. I was referred Bridgewater florist from another floral company that didn’t deliver to the area (wish i never listened to them). I read that the cut off for same day delivery was 2pm the same day, i made the order around 9am. The day went by, she never got them. I emailed asking for updates, and to see the flowers, and again nothing. The next day 5/7 i filed with the Better Business Bureau to get a refund so i can actually send the family flowers. Now reading other reviews i understand others have had the same experience. Not sure why this business is still open if they operate this way. Anytime i try and email them now, my email is sent back to me as if they blocked me. Phones ring, ring, and ring more and more. Very very very very very unprofessional, if you need flowers you’re better off going to the grocery store because you’d have them in hand. I spent almost $100 on nothing. Trying to support a small business bites ya in the end!* DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!*

I cannot express the frustration I am feeling! I had 2 arrangements sent for my mom & sister for Mother’s Day! I used For You Flowers as a 3rd party not knowing it would our source their flowers to this company! The flowers looks nothing like what I had ordered for both of them! They forgot to attach one balloon! So only one had it, it was supposed to be a Mother’s Day balloon but instead it was a heart balloon! My moms flowers looked pathetic it looks old and will probably die in 2 days!! I spent a lot of money $150 for both !! I could’ve gotten better flowers from my local grocery store!!! I will never use this company again!! I wish I could post pictures because it really is sad!! Disappointed customer!! Never again ! I will be contacting the store!!

DISHONEST. My family paid for a dozen roses to be sent to my great aunt. This florist sent her 4 roses and 9 carnations instead of the full dozen roses we paid for. Carnations are much cheaper, and this was not what we paid for. If we did not go to the apartment to see them for ourselves we never would have known they did this to us!!! They wouldn’t even give us a full refund.

These flowers look older and more ragged than what’s at your local Shaw’s or stop and shop. Got them delivered damaged with broken flowers/stems on top of them being old. Very upset at how much they charge for something so cheap. Worst florist I’ve ever purchased from. When calling their mailbox is full probably to avoid everyone returning and getting refunds. Very bad and unprofessional.

DO NOT use Bridgewater Florist to have flowers delivered for your special occasion! This shop cannot seem to get an order correct. They have the audacity to deliver flowers that look as though theyre just thrown in a vase (despite ordering a basket bouquet off the FTD site for the last order), some of them bent and some of them looking as though theyre dying, and do not come close to resembling what you order online. This business has screwed me twice now with deliveries for special occasions! The second time I went through FTD, requesting they not use this place, then I find out they used them anyway and, of course, Bridgewater Florist got it wrong again! These flowers are NOT CHEAP, and I expect more for my hard-earned money. DONT chance it with this place if you have someone special you want to receive flowers, on time!

I ordered a $75 (including delivery) flower arrangement through Pro Flowers for delivery today to my wife that was sent to this business for local delivery. We both work at opposite ends of a large healthcare facility campus. The delivery person called my phone (I gave my # since my wife teaches all day) and was extremely rude and yelling at me because he apparently could not locate her room even though t was clearly labelled on the exposed message card. He said I left the flowers at the desk and hung up. I walked to the other side of the campus and discovered he was also rude to the patient check in staff at the desk, and refused to deliver up one floor and down a hall. The flowers were 1/3 the size as shown on Pro Flowers site, and already going past, about what a $7.99 bunch would be at Trader Joes or similar. I called Pro Flowers customer service and they said they would issue a full refund. I dont blame them, but they should seriously consider the local florists they utilize for local delivery.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I tried to overlook their poor reviews to give the business to a local shop. We (my sister & I) ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday spent over $90 what came was a disgrace and I was actually embarrassed that she thought we would of picked something so cheap looking out. They arrived a day late and were wilted, what wasn’t wilted was dead. It looked rushed and contained very few quality flowers. The chocolates were expired they tasted like dirt. I called on 2 separate occasions to speak to the owner I was told he wasn’t there. Although the gentleman on the phone was very polite and apologetic I could tell his hands were tied. I also heard another gentleman’s voice in the background on one of the phone calls being somewhat rude and overtalking the one trying to resolve my problem, although I couldn’t make out exactly what he was saying his tone was demeaning and degrading. I decided to hang up and go to the shop directly to address the problem on my way to work at the college since it was on my way. When I walked in there was a little dog running around and I was disgusted when I walked around for a minute and saw dog poop (yes you read that right) on the carpet. After spending about 30 seconds in there I recognized the voice I had heard in the background as being the rude man, he was talking to someone on his cell phone rudely SHOCKER. Since it was pretty evident that this is their normal business practices in dealing with customers I decided to walk out and have my sister dispute the charges with her credit card company. I wasn’t up for more arrogance, nor did I want to catch any diseases from animal poop who else knows what’s in this place. It’s kind of sad because I prefer to order directly from a local florist but I will NEVER think to use them again not to mention I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and co-workers along with making a call to the Board of Health. This is a HUGE LOSS for them, as I along with several of my friends are getting married over the next 18 months. I’d rather go 30 minutes out of my way to deal with a florist that cares about their customers and isn’t so dirty.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!I will NEVER use this company again. Being 1000 miles away from my daughter (a nurse) on her bday, I wanted to surprise her. So I order her bday cake flower arrangement with several balloons.Well my surprise went south and I got the surprise. The delivery driver left flowers that were broken AMD smashed..with the candles all broken and only 1 balloon! When nurses questioned him he said florist sent it that way.I contacted the florist (which the day of delivery was too late to contact bc wrfent delivered til 4pm on her bday after she had left!!). The guy who answered phone apologized said would be corrected and resent and done that day by 1pm.1pm No flowers...I contacted florist again...they promised say delivery guy had delivered but he had not!She promised to correct and Give refind for all the problems.2 days later my daughter receives her flowers and I get an email stating they are giving me a 20% disc on order refunded...after I was told I would receive full refund!!!As of today I have not received refund and I AM SICK IF THESE COMPANIES TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND RUINING SURPRISES THEY ENTRUST THEM WITH AND PAY THEM FOR ($100 ORDER BTW).DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..THEY WILL RUIN SURPRISES AND THEN EVERYONE ELSE BLAMED AND THEY DONT KEEP THEIR WORD AND WILL ONLY CORRECT BY SENDING PENNIES ON YPUR ORDER FOR REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND YOUR RUINED SURPRISE!!!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH!!!

I’ve used the florist and was very disappointed. My husband unaware of my past expierence with them ordered roses to be delivered and 9 roses were delivered rather than 12 along with one broken off the stem, which was handed to me by the delivered person. I try to give small companies like this my business but they make it very difficult when the service is poor
