Great experience. With the new system for finding books by Author it was quick and easy to find my books. And help I received looking up what books I need for the Fall. That was excellent

I celebrated my graduation yesterday in this fine place. Well we passed a pleasant evening and the place was certainly one of the reasons for that outstanding celebration. The stuff cooperated in a very nice style, the cuisine was appetizing and my friends were so delighted. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.

New hires will get the training they need. Its a great little bookstore with something for everyone, including essentials you cant wait for Amazon to deliver. (I needed chapstick)

Add/drop deadline to return texts is ridiculous especially when they are often sold out of many versions of texts. Students should be able to return texts within a week of purchase. We’re already broke give us a break!

Currently enrolled and have no complaints. Almost done with my graduate degree and professors have been great and very helpful/ caring/want to see all students succeed.

I never leave reviews but I’m currently leaving the bookstore with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The two girls at the front have terrible attitudes and we’re so unhelpful. Here’s a tip: when you don’t know the answer to a question, you go to your manager and ask without replying “I don’t know” and laughing at a customer with your colleague. These two girls were clearly miserable and left the impression that they would literally rather be anywhere else in the world. It made me so uncomfortable to go back there. Hopefully management takes this into consideration.

They’re always super helpful here. The staff are very professional, nice and willing to make your experience pleasant!

I have probably been to 1000s of college bookstores and this one at BSU is exceptional! What a great and helpful staff!

I went there to buy myself a BSU sweatshirt. I looked around the store and there is almost everything you would ever need. They have clothes, supplies, books of course, and so much more items you can buy.

Lines usually long and prices are high not recommended to buy books from the store unless its a University Text book. Dont sell your books to the store they dont give you the appropriate of the books.

Smaller than it probably should be, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

Well educated staff, friendly, commuter stop in college. Pretty clean. Local community invovled .

The books are obviously criminally expensive. But its a well-organized, clean store with a friendly staff.
