They will deliver wrong order and then make you wait hours to speak to someone on hold. They also do not respond to emails

I hardly ever write bad reviews but calling the 1-800 number has gotten me no where. I own a small business and I am supposed to only get one or two bottles a month... every month I get 5 or 6. I have called every delivery to complain and every delivery. They screw it up again I left a note this time on the slider because they must come at the crack of dawn before I’m there that said please leave only one bottle they left 6 I just don’t get it. One time I caught the driver when he was supposed to be picking up two bottles and instead he was dropping two more off and said they can’t pick them up once they are left due to liability problems.... I can’t find a local managers number to talk to so I will be canceling my service for sure! Save yourself the agrivation and find another company
I receive the Vermont pure spring water. We all find this product to be the best. Very good service- easy to cancel a delivery - we are Costco members so the water dispenser is free .
Ive never had a problem, and Ive been with both Belmont Springs for years, and now Christal Rock has taken over. So far, if this is the Water Company and address that took over Belmont Springs its been very nice having them.Maureen Lewis

At the beginning, about 3 years ago, service was great. I dont know whats happened but I have had to call for a delivery at least 12 times! Unless I call, they skip me indefinitely! The last two deliveries were made by a no-name box truck and a strange invoice was left with the water. Apparently they are contacting their deliveries out to other companies now? Customer service is useless. They repeat that they are sending emails to the route manager over and over, but nothing changes. In fact, one man laughed at my situation! I shouldnt have to do this much work for a service! After almost a year of this, Im giving up today. Poland Springs it is!
Ive been a customer for years and HAD good service for a while....then my delivery guy moved on...he even stopped the truck to tell me good bye and how much he enjoyed servicing my family. And then....nothing. I had a delivery on September 14, then NOTHING until after hours on the phone, I got a delivery 3 weeks ago....three bottles NOT the 5 I asked for. I called again on Friday, 11-20 and was PROMISED water delivery today. No delivery AGAIN!! The call center said I would get water on DEC. 1. Thanksgiving is in a few days, a house full of people, and I have to do all that cooking, which I love, but also haul water into the house....which I dont love. Im looking for another service since this company obviously doesnt care about customers. Does anyone have another company? DS waters has NINE water delivery services so I think Im resigned to lugging water. Oh, and by the way...they are still charging me a fee for the water cooler that sits WITHOUT WATER!
I had there service for just over 2 years. My contract with them was 3 5 gallon jugs per month. Sounds easy enough one would think so. There was a few times that i would get extra bottles a month and be charged for them. I would call an ask them to come get the extra bottles they dropped off but they would never show up.I finally got sick of calling and told them to come get the water cooler and cancel my account. It took them over a week to come get there stuff.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have never had any problems. Suddenly, without warning delivery stopped in December. I was promised delivery every day for a week and none was made. I cancelled my contract, and have left the empty bottles for pick up and they are still sitting in my driveway. Unfortunately, this company can no longer do anything right. They were once outstanding and have been ruined by poor management
The delivery person left bottles on top of steps to garage rather than at our door.My husband and I are elderly and should not be carrying those heavy bottles down the steps and walk.Previous delivery man brought water to door.This is my only complaint with the service.

I would give a zero stars but you cant post unless you give a star, I have a water cooler that is fairly brand new and it leaked( it belongs to Belmont springs ). it went thru my kitchen floor to my finished basement and ruined some ceiling tiles, and the floor not to bad so we called the company not even a apology, they told to the defense right off. not my fault, cant do anything about that, I must have broke it. instead of saying is everyone ok how can I help you, can we work this out. I wasnt looking for a payday I was looking to see if they would help probalily less than $75 to fix for a customer that been there 20 year !!!! i hope you are proud of the company that you have become shame on you

The worst !! For the past 5 months my water does not arrive on schedule when I call with my concerns they tell me they are short-staffed promising next day delivery NO delivery !!!! I have made 6 CALLS requesting management and today is m 7th TIME !!! NO MORE time to switch to Poland Springs this is horrific
Just saw Kathleens post and agree on all of her comments. Its been the worst service for about a year now...Calling in to customer service is ridiculous. These people are in the wrong job, so rude and dont make any sense. Trying to tell me my account is on hold due to non payment....which I wouldnt have a problem with paying as my history shows, but I havent been getting deliveries....these people are retarded. The only person that helped me out was someone local in town, but its still been a struggle..they said I cancelled my account now on 3/28, and I never called in at all, only to see if any water was coming...so aggravating..they hey suck and must be loosing customers like crazy. Someone in management needs to wake up over there in Belmont spring land!!! After all you are in the customer service business right?
