Below average service even for CVS standards. My elderly mother called here in the evening to refill her diabetes medication, after a 45 minute wait a staff member picked up the phone and hung up. We called back again another hour wait no answer. She was sick for days with high blood sugar. What are you people doing over there??? You realize some patients have medication they depend on to for survival, what is wrong with you? No one should get the phone hung up on them at all, especially the elderly disabled. This made me cringe and I never leave negative reviews. This is by far one of the worst branch locations state wide. The staff are either not good people or they are just lazy and inept? Strange options to choose from in a pharmacy.Well someone else just got sick, nearly passed away due to our negligence..just another night on the job. CLICK. ???Corprat needs to restaff this hole location the workers are dangerous.
Lexi in the pharmacy was very helpful, transferring my prescription over from Walgreens. They were low on supply for my script but were able to give me a few days supply until they could get more! Super grateful, because of that hopefully Ill start feeling better sooner rather than if Id had to wait for the full script to be filled☺️
Rude and uneducated. Do not know how to appropriately manage patients concerns.. They are rude and have no patience. Its apparent that they are understaffed but for the staff to take out their frustrations on you is uncalled for. Their online services are lacking in many areas and there is a major lack in communication between pharmacy staff. When a pharmacy staff member tells you that you will be able to pick up your prescription on a certain date, one would think you can trust what they say. However, the staff at CVS 19 SUMMER St.in Bridgewater are not on the same page or there is someone there at any point, trying to make getting a refill difficult. I would not recommend using them if you have a recurrent prescription needing refills. Its too bad there arent any independent pharmacies around, who actually care about their patients and will fill prescriptions based on the doctorsorders and not based off of their own discretion. This is not the only CVS in the area in which people have reported the same thing. My doctor actually advised against filling any prescription through CVS because of their gross incompetence.
Pharmacy is lazy. Calls disconnected all the time (to bring down the wait time numbers). If an updated script is needed for refill they never offer to send the request to the dr. Instead they want you to call (and wait) the dr to send it over.Lines are always long and heaven forbid you get into the wrong line, the rep at the counter can never complete any task beyond cash out! What a miserable place to work and get service from.
Just so the pharmacist with the blond hair knows Sarah or Stephanie i believe her name is!! That young man who came to pick up his medication at 4:00pm had a bed at a detox at 5:00pm and because his ID was expired so you refused his medication and when the young lady who worked under you said oh honey you can use mine you denied your worker to help him ( side note the past 4 months never asked for his ID) and where talking about the same medication well Sarah Stephanie one or the other the young man missed his bed in detox and is now dead of a drug over dose all that power you have holding peoples medications there will be a story front page of the Boston herald!!!!!
Not even worth the time to write all the horrible things they do on a consistent basis. No thanks I wish rite aid never closed!
Yet again I went to get my Rx at this location. I prepaid for express pickup. I get there at 315 pm to pick up on drive thru. Of course they are spending 15 minutes doing Covid testing on one patient. The other lane is not being used for some reason. Thus I waited until now. 326! Forget it. PLEASE staff appropriately for the love of Jesus. I am going in but if I pre-pay and order on line how is this efficient? Now I will wait in line inside too.
Decent. Has what you would expect from any other CVS. A bit on the small side and not as nice as some other CVSs Ive been to however. Nothing about it particularly stands out, but I havent really had a bad experience here.
Today was the 1st day for Covid 19 Vaccine here. A sign up glitch occurred where I had printed out my OK and had it with me but the store computer did not have me on the list. Alyssa (SP) and Kevin, (district manager?) could not have been more accommodating. They followed through the complex processes involved and got me through with my vaccine and Alyssa booked me for my 2nd one. I was most impressed with the service and friendly faces encountered today. Five plus stars.
Called several times to Pre-pay for a minute clinic bill for an employee. The automated machine fought me as hard as I could from getting a live person. Once I did get a live person they hung up on me because they did not know how to take a payment. WHY MAKE IT HARD FOR ME TO PAY YOU?
Wow you talk about excellent customer service!!! Pharmacist Chris at CVS on Summer St, Bridgewater sure knows how to take care of his customers. There was a back-order on my husbands medication and I was really nervous he would run out and we would not be able to refill the prescription. Chris called our doctor and checked on an alternative medicine and then came in to the store on his day off to check a delivery to see if the medication had come in. It had and he called me personally to let me know it was in and the prescription would be filled and ready for pick up. Personalized customer service like this is rare now-a-days I highly recommend Chris and his team at the Summer St CVS!!
Some of the Pharmacy workers are very rude 😒, they dont have patience to look for your drugs, they yelled at me when i told them that the doctor sent them over long time ago. Even they found them, they dont even apologize.
Today was the final straw. I have been patient with multiple smaller issues in the past. The quality of service is mediocre at best in the customer service delivery is poor in my experience.I finally moved my prescription over to Walgreens in under 5 minutes with a simple phone call.
The store is always stocked with the goods I need. The customer service is outstanding and the staff takes pride in their work. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and works diligently to service my prescription needs.
Customer service here is atrocious. They lack all accountability and look to pass blame to any other party involved in a transaction. If you can avoid this atrocity of a pharmacy you should do so.
Do not go here. Just dont. If you call the pharmacy, they will literally sit there and ignore the phone. There is a Walgreens across the street that is capable of handling your prescription. Go there instead.
I usually use another pharmacy, but mine didnt have my medication! So, I went to Bridgwaters CVS. I had a wonderful experience with all the pharmacy employees. Especially Stephanie the pharmacist, she went above and beyond to help me. I am very pleased!
Sat on the phone waiting for it to be picked up for a very long time, (they ignore the phone purposely, you can see when you walk up to the counter). I was trying to spell my name out for the woman and all she did was talk over me with questions then proceeded to get angry with me because I didnt answer them. And then hung up after saying Nope, not here. about my prescription.
Great
MinuteClinic is fast and reliable however the pharmacy is something entirely different. I had to have my doctors office call and fax (with confirmations each time) three times because this pharmacy claimed to never have received a request two prior times. I wasnt allowed to enter an order because it was a new script and they had nothing on file. They didnt try to help and simply gave me the nothing we can do, call the office to confirm deal. Unfortunately due to my insurance, I cant go elsewhere for prescriptions or they wont be covered.
Ive had issues like many have already posted. The biggest for me being they run out of medication. Its happened numerous times. Then on the phone the woman I spoke to was rude and belittling. As a nurse I found it to be extremely poor customer service.
I was on hold with the pharmacy for 52 minutes without speaking to a human. When I called back to speak to the CVS supervisor she was very rude (even though I was polite to her) and did nothing but put me back on hold in the middle of a question I was asking her. Will not be coming back here and will be filing a report with the coroporate store.UPDATE: Later in the evening I called back and was on hold for 20 more minutes. I finally gave up and drove to the store. My prescription was not ready even though it had been called in almost a week ago. I told them not to bother filling it and that I would be taking my business elsewhere.
I really like this CVS. They keep it clean, staff is always friendly and very helpful. Their drive thru is very convenient to pickup medication.
Checked in for minute clinic and wait was estimated for a little less than 2 hours for lunch. Requested text for notification 30 mins prior to appt (option during check-in), never got text. Waste of time.
Terrrible store & pharmacy. However, GREAT Minute Clinic. Most of the staff are absolutely miserable and unfriendly. I don’t blame them though honestly, the store looks dismal and like corporate doesn’t care at all. The pharmacy takes FOREVER to fill prescriptions. Clearly they need to hire more pharmacists. On the other hand, I wish I could give the MinuteClinic a seperate, 5 star review. Some of the most caring nurses I have met. Went in when I was really sick one time, and the nurse wouldnt leave my side until I found a safe ride home. Keep up the good work ladies!
Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to in my life. They refuse to follow their own corporate rule (as I called and was told their acts were against CVS s policy). They also were in violation of the state of Massachusetts law. There is one young girl who works the register that tries to help but she works with a bunch of disorganized incompetent people including some of the pharmacists who are lucky I did not file a complaint against their licenses.....
The pharmacy at CVS in bridgewater is the absolute worst of all time.Yesterday at 3pm when I called in my son’s prescription, the shorter guy that works there told me my son’s (very necessary) medication would be ready at 5pm. I have run into problems with this medication being filled on time before, so I asked him if he was sure that they had it in stock and that he could do it by then. He assured me that it would be done by then, that he was looking directly at it right now.Arrive at 5:15, the pharmacy is pretty busy but I called two hours ago so it should be fine, right? No.“sorry it will be another half hour.”Okay, whatever. I shop for a half hour, come back, ask again. It’s a different person this time, a younger girl.“Sorry I just pulled it I can have it done it 10 minutes if you want to just wait”Okaayyyyy.....so I wait another 15 minutes before I go back up. It’s the short dude at the counter again.“Yeah sorry we still don’t have it” (it’s almost been an hour and a half at this point)I ask for a ballpark estimate, since they told me 5pm and then bumped me back twice already, and since I have been waiting in CVS with a sick 2 year old for over an hour.He goes, “yeah sorry do you see all these prescriptions back here? There’s nothing I can do.”WHAT. THE. F$@&.What if it was an emergency!!?!? I literally asked him at 3pm if he was sure they could do it, because if not I would try somewhere else, and he said yes!! What kind of customer service philosophy tells you to lie to people with medical needs????I didn’t get to pick up the medication until this afternoon!!! CVS in EB is way way way better!! WB is pretty good too but Bridgewater literally needs to be completely retrained and restaffed.
Dont bring a cranky baby here bc if your dont leave immediately there is a women there who has a 6 month old so should know how it is but my daughter is one of the happiest babys I met and happen to be cranky this women smiled in my face yet called the police and said she was concerned so police did wellness check and was laughing when he seen me and baby were both perfect I called and women admitted she called bc if it was her she would have emediatlly left I said sry some people dont have that lugsury so I went to return all items bc she accused me of buying un nesesary things when I tried to return she said she would not return items bc the week before I return CVS brand diapers that exploded on my daughter within hr she actually called police and out stay away which is no problem with me I like Walgreens better cops advised me to contact corporate which I will be doing
Worst pharmacy ever. They have mislabeled my sons prescription in past so it stated to give 5x the correct dose. I caught it in time because I realized we would run out if I gave him that amount twice a day and I called the pharmacy. Pharmacist was apologetic and seemed horrified so I gave her benefit of doubt. They have since messed up my mother in laws prescription. And countless times I receive the damn text message telling me to come pick up my prescription that is ready, only to get there and have them tell me it’s not ready but we can fill it for you. They are completely incompetent! And most of the staff is rude as well. Done! Transferred all my prescription to the East Bridgewater location.
Have been a customer for several years. Within the last year or so the experiences have deteriorated. We have had several bad experiences with the pharmacy and most specifically the pharmacist. The latest straw that broke the camels back came after attempting to fill a prescriiption for my sons ear infection. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and basically appeared to not care about his customers. I spoke with a supervisor and requested a phone call from the store manager. Never happened. Steer clear and go to Walgreens.
Always had good experience going there. Staff were helpful.
Worst pharmacy ever... do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens across the street.. This place is awful.... the staff at the pharmacy are rude and not helpful at all I was going to fill my sons inhaler at 750pm and was told I was to late even though they close at 9 they said they couldnt fill it and to come back in the morning... smh Ill never go there again...
Open Easter Sunday. Most of the seasonal shelf were a mess, but they where open. Did not need the pharmacy or the clinic.
I wish it was possible to put 0 stars.... Dont go here... One of the worst clinic and pharmacy experiences of my life!
Worst CVS (Pharmacy) we now drive all the way to Brockton.
They don’t know how to answer phones, constantly packed and need more staff. Only about 3 people working in the pharmacy. The prescriptions take hours to fill.
Theyre ok.
