Called and asked if they had an appointment that day just because we were home. Came that day AND replaced tension spring. SAME DAY SERVICE. They may not be able to do same day service every time but they were able to accommodate me and I have nothing but good things to say. This is our 3rd time using Goodrow Door Solutions for garage door repair/maintenance and each time they have provided excellent service. That is why we keep going back to them.

Very profession and courteous service and communications from the first interaction with Debbie through to the delivery from the technician. Pricing and options were clearly provided prior to any work being carried out and the technician Eddie was very helpful with explaining everything related to the service provided from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company and would without hesitance use them again in the future.

I always like to get different prices from a few companies…I couldn’t with Goodrow. That said the two gentlemen that came out, Eddy and Chris were terrific. They explained everything and did a great job installing the openers. The woman, (I think her name was Debbie) did explain everything politely with patience and also was very nice.

I had my old system replaced, Jay sent Nick and he did an awesome jobI really appreciate them and the price was affordable and Jay worked with me to install a new one.I love them !!!

Jay, the owner of Goodrow Door Solutions installed a 16 foot custom ordered motorized screen door on our garage, it’s fantastic. His workmanship was top grade, I have dealt with other companies before and have had terrible results, you never know who your getting. With this company you get the owner and he takes a lot of pride in his work, you get nothing less then the best. My mother had a problem with her garage door not opening. I called Goodrow Door Solutions for assistance, as she is 99 and relies on going through the garage for anyone transporting her. We were told that she might need a new motor. Sure enough, that was the problem. Eddie came the day after my call and took great care to install a new and improved motor. He also mentioned a few safety issues with the springs, so we followed his suggestion. My mother is thrilled with the outcome and grateful for the workmanship, safety suggestions, and friendly response to her needs. Thanks so much! I had an appointment within a few days. Mr. Goodrow work speedily and determined my old opener was working fine. I opted to replace it, since I had intermittent problems with it and it was really old. I love my new unit, you can hardly hear it running. Highly recommend.
