Had what we were looking for but not very friendly. Ill go to a different NAMPA store to get what I need next time.

Family owned and ran, well kept parts store, and usually have what I need.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price!

After a few bad experiences trying to get the correct parts I wont be back. The guy that helped me acted like he could care less about doing his job and then tried to make me pay for a part that was under warranty still. I wish I thought to look at his name tag so I could complain. There are too many parts stores in this town to waste my money on bad service here.

If i could give 10 stars it wouldnt be enough. You just made a life long customer. For 1 simple thing. When someone needed your help you didnt hesitate to bring the parts to the guy in dire need so that their vacation didnt get all messed up by having to get towed in to town and pay an arm and a leg to have three parts put on their truck. I didnt get his name but employee #9 you know who you are. Thanks from the bottom of my and my family hearts. You are awesome.I stopped by Napa after fixing my truck and found out the employee who went out of his way last night when me and my family were in trouble. These guys are local owners, are very knowledgeable, and carry top quality parts. Napa batteries lasted 7 years in my F250 pickup, and while changing them I had one of the cable clamps come apart. They came out, had a good solution and assisted me with putting a new clamp on the cable on the spot. My top choice for parts and supplies.

Mark and Paul are great to work with and always very helpful. Best parts store and experience in town!

Stopped by with a problem on a custom built boat. The guy at the counter didnt seem too interested in helping. The problem didnt have a part number and needed some additional effort so he just said he didnt really have anything that would work. We went to another parts store and were back on the water in no time. I would recommend saving some time and just starting somewhere else.

Went above and beyond finding a prior transaction through a service station that has now closed but purchased parts Napa and was able to find that I had a lifetime warranty I my part so I didnt have to purchase another one. Thanks so much!
