Very informative good customer service

Sometimes they dont have what we need, but its not their fault. They desperately order the items, but they can only get what is sent. The employees are very knowledgeable & helpful. I go there probably 20 times a year & have never been disappointed. I wish they could more gloves, but I know theyre trying. And any business that takes wearing masks during this pandemic will ALWAYS get my business!

Went to return products not used and didn’t get full amount back . Ashley was the name of the employee that wasn’t nice or helpfully didn’t explain why I wasn’t getting back the full amount

Everyone here is so sweet! They always try their best to listen to what I’m saying and find the best product. The store is clean and well kept.

I called the store today to get a price on a salon Station in their catalog. The girl was very rude and very unprofessional! She answered the phone hello?...I had to ask if it was Sallys twice! She told me to come to the store to look for myself in the catalog because she couldnt see it! I dont live in Brigham City or I would have done just that! I will be shopping elsewhere!
