Best garage door company around, hands down! The installers were super friendly and the owners went out of their way to help us get what we wanted in the price that we needed. Great company to work with. They were up front with me letting me know that it would take awhile to get my doors in from the manufacture. Once the doors had come in they came over the very next day to install them. They were kind and answered all of my questions. They got the job done fast and efficiently. I developed an issue with my door. My wall mount would open it no problem. My key pad would do ok. My vehicles. Not so much. Thought maybe it was getting old (is a 6 year old door old?) So, I thought maybe I needed to extend my antenna. Nope. Still having the issue. So I called H&H. Told them my issue. The nice lady on the other end asked if I had replaced my incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs. I in fact had. Told me that the LEDs emit a radio frequency that blocks the signal getting to my motor unit. I pulled the LEDs and threw my incandescent ones back in. Voila! Door is fixed. H&H could have totally said we will send a tech out and charge me a service fee to tell me what she said over the phone. But they didnt. They have won a customer for sure. Thanks H&H Doors!Update:The previous review happened a few months back. Just yesterday (3-27-2018) I had them come out and fix a broken lift spring. 2 gentlemen came out (Logan and Santiago) and pulled the old broken spring and replaced it. It was fast and way less money than I was expecting. A friend said he had a company come do his and ended up with a $1000 bill. Well, sucks to be him. I escaped with a 200 dollar bill, 2 new springs and they serviced my door. I thought that was just awesome. Those 2 guys were professional and fun to talk to and were willing to answer any question I had and told me what to do to make the springs last a little longer. H and H Doors is an awesome company. Great customer service and unbelievably prompt when called for service. I highly recommend them if you need a door.
