I walked in this place in the first thing they tell me you have to wear masks last time I checked its a free country I dont have to wear a mask anywhere I want to spend money this aint a country where youre told to do what everybody else says I dont want to wear mask I have the right to refuse my business

The cashier has a very rude attitudeAnd they are overcharging everything they are taking advantage that they are the only Mexican store in BrightonFive dollars for a small can of condensed milk one at Walmart it’s $.99

I bought 2 bags of shrimp and the bags said 2LBS two pounds per bag but the woman that works as a cashier desired to weight the bags again and charged me by the pound so i end up paying $8 dollars more because they charged me for the water weight on the bags even though the bags had a net content of shrimp that was 2lbs per bag, so that is a ripped off to customers

Trying my best to understand why there is no phone number listed. I hope it gets resolved very soon.....(a, short time later I drove over)... Just went there to get some Carne Asada. I confirmed they do not publicize their phone number. Also, they are defentately taking advantage of the Corona-19 Virus and raising their prices up to over $10 a pound for certain plain meats. I am sadden to see that an organization such as yours would instead of trying to help the community, you feel this would be your opportunity to raise the prices and take advantage of the community. I will no longer visit your Carneceria! I still cant believe how your employees, trying to bicker back and forth trying to raise the price....No, isnt it $10 something, I thought we were raising the prices. I cant beleive this is how you take advantage of the community.I will be contacting the State of the Colorado to address your price gouging. If you wish to address me, contact the State of Colorado and address me through them.

I speak the absolute worst Spanish there is. Thankfully, these guys take care of me and guide me to ordering the absolute BEST carne asada and fajita de pollos available in town. Fry up their meat and make sure to order their green Chilli and crema. I don’t go anywhere else for Mexican produce. The best in Brighton, by far. Excellent customer service! I’ve learn Spanish phrases just so I can keep shopping here at their carniceria!

Terrible service from the older woman who charges, she never shows a friendly face and seems to be angry all the time, thanks to the people we buy in this store, she has a job but she forgot.Regarding the product, once the cooked beans were soggy and recently the meat had a very unpleasant smell and when we cooked it it was green. I prefer to drive longer for a better deal and product for my money.

Women who charge have terrible service ... and they begin to secrete among themselves and make customers think that they are talking about one.People greet them and they just ignore.

Check your receipts closely! I was overcharged and when I brought this to their attention they refused to give me a refund for the full amount that was overcharged. I understand that mistakes happen therefore I didnt think it was worth arguing however the fact that they were extremely rude, refused to refund the correct amount and the employee didnt even bother to offer an apology for HER mistake leads me to believe it was intentional.Check your receipts! They overcharged me and when I explained the situation they refused to reimburse me for the full amount they had overcharged me. I understand that we all make mistakes but the employee was very rude, she refused to correct HER mistake and was not able to offer an apology which suggests that it was perhaps intentional.
