Pressured into tip, get a jar instead. If people want to tip, they should be able to do it freely. Bagels are ridiculously small and flat. Asked for toasted and it just seemed warmed up. Should’ve went to Fancy Bagels like I usually do, but I tried to give this place a try. First and last time going here.

The fact that the workers pressure you into tipping them is completely upsurd and makes me totally uncomfortable. If I want to leave a gratuity ill tell you, dont ask me!! Last time ill ever come here, I suggest you all do the same. Pluse there is other bagel places here in Bristol that make you feel completely comfortable that dont beg you for your money. Screw this place! Never again!!!

The bagels here are perfectly fluffy and flavorful. They have a huge assortment of bagels from egg all the way to bacon and cheese. They even dye the blueberry bagels to be blue. Not too long of a wait considering they make everything as the orders come in. Very friendly employees, will be returning.

I can only compare this place to other bagel shops. I have tried Brueggers Bagels, and Bagels Plus has the best bagels! Brueggers Bagels is just too chewy. Bagels Plus has the right texture and very flavorful!

The bagels are delicious- but who shrunk the BAGELS???? Bring back the bigger bagels and just charge us more please!!!

Less than 1 star, couldnt even order anything the woman working there started freaking out and running towards the door saying no one is aloud in. I waited for over 10 mins on the sidewalk while this woman took a phone order, didnt tell me to call in or that she would take my order in a few mins. There wasnt any signage stating they do phone orders only or to call in if youre outside. There should have been more instruction from employee on what to do and better signage. After that reaction never going back to try nor would I recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff and delicious bagels. My go-to spot in Bristol for breakfast and lunch. My co-workers and I order from Bagels Plus a few times a week, at least. Never disappointed!

Way different than what they used to be. Bagels are not as good. Sandwich was made quickly is a plus but I would not currently recommend them.

My how the mighty have fallen! This place used to be my “go-to” for breakfast however lately they have fallen completely in the gutter. They can’t seem to fix their phone so ordering is near impossible, they constantly run out of everything hours before they close (they’re only open 1/2 day so they have food for maybe 3 hrs) and instead of correcting their short comings they seem to double and make less food the next day. Great way to intentionally put yourself out of business and drive away loyal customers. I give three chances and you’ve used up all three at this point. This customer is lost forever

Great place to stop in quick before work (or after for all you 11p-7a employees) for a solid breakfast sandwich. They have lunch options, but Ive never sampled any of those offerings. My go to place for a quick breakfast on the go.

NOT Disability Friendly. If You can’t walk to stand in their line you don’t get served.I’ve been ignored too many times now.They lost a regular customer in me because this is a multiple occurance and I’m done with themGo somewhere else.

Best bagels anywhere. Get a BLT on a toasted onion bagel or a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. They use Green Mountain for their coffee which I think is very good

I stopped going there because the bagels are getting skinnier and smaller. It not worth the money for the small bagels. I would rather travel to Waterbury to get a big fat bagel New York style.

Great quality. Quick and friendly service. Bagels taste great but are really light anf fluffy almost like a bread, not dense as I would expect of a standard bagel. Ill definitely be back though. Their everything bagel is super tasty!

Closest thing to New York bagel I’ve found since moving to CT 20 years ago. Fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I sometimes ask for extra cream cheese and I don’t think they’ve even charged me extra. I bring a couple dozen to work sometimes and my staff go nuts!!

Everyone was patient with me 1st time being there. Made me feel comfortable and accepted. Small but they made sure I new what I wanted. Thank you so much.

Bagels are delicious. The girls working there are great and fun. Recommend it 100%I think Ill come back many, many times to try all the variety they have.

Fast service. Efficient workers. Wide selection of your everyday bagels. Drink choices range from flavored coffee to soda to juice and are always well stocked. Limited seating due to the space they occupy.

Never going here again. The girls have no clue what is going on there. The last two times that I’ve gone in I’ve left with cold bagels. I call ahead to order so I don’t have to stand in the long line and they tell me my order isn’t ready as it sits on the counter getting cold. I waited there 15 minutes before they figured it out. What a joke.

Great place for some take out bagels or sandwiches. It pretty much the same thing as Fancy Bagel in Southington. Might even be the same owners or family. Prices are good and service is friendly. Not as quick as you might want but its made to order so you cant really complain there.

I crave their bagels now that I moved away from home, so I always make sure to stop in when Im back in Bristol! The owners are so sweet, they have the most fresh and delicious bagels and an awesome selection of cream cheeses.

They make all their bagels and cream cheese in house. There is a huge variety of both as well. They also do breakfast sandwiches which is why I come here. Definitely five stars for their variety alone but they also taste amazing and the service is quick and friendly.

Bagels have changed into rolls. They are filled with holes and are not sturdy like a bagel. They also dont last as long. Purchased a dozen about a month ago and the bottom bagels collapsed into flat pancake like rolls. Disappointed with the consistency. I have a feeling that the ownership has changed and the recipes are not being followed in the original format. The rolls are great for sandwiches if they are to be eaten that day.

I travel through Bristol every 3 months or so and always call the day before to place an order. Today when I stopped to pick up my bagels there was a note no garlic bagels. The whole idea of ordering them the day before is to make sure I get my favorites because they always sell out. I was disappointed but ok it happens. Then when I looked in the case to choose replacements I noticed the garlic bagel basket with pieces of garlic on the paper liner. So, either they didnt plan on enough bagels for pre-orders, they took my bagels to give to another customer, or they didnt change the paper liner from the day before. The first two are bad customer service, the last one a little disturbing. In any case this was my favorite bagel stop in Connecticut, may be enough to keep me from returning.

The Bagels & average cream cheeses are not worth the frustration of dealing with constant incorrect food orders from young staff. Owners also need to invest in a toaster that actually toasts the bagels even when asked for a bagel toasted twice. I am done with this place. Not worth the $ or my time.
