I got my screen repaired here a little bit back, & my phone was wonky ever since. it started with the flashlight button in the corner not working, then went to the shadow of apps i had previously opened being stuck in the background, and last night when i came out of work, my phone had a light pink tint to the screen. i then turned the device off and back on, only to find that it had gotten worse. my screen was now a darker pink, and only getting darker by the minute. once i arrived home, there was a black spot in the corner, where the flashlight button was, that was spreading across my screen. within the hour, my whole screen was blacked out and my phone is now unusable. i highly recommend going anywhere but here! wish i could give zero stars.

My wife has a iPhone SE we took it in to get the battery replacement it was working fine then we got it back and it says that the battery cannot be verified so Im guessing it is a non-real Apple battery

Worst service same as screen replacement, I got my screen replaced here and found out nex day the back of the phone got a small gap. Came back on same day asked the guy fix that problem. He excused the battery swell need to replace new battery to fix the problem . If this place get a rates star from -5 to 5 they luckily get Zero. If you want your devices get fix from this place read the negative feedback because we telling you the truth and we are the victims of this place. Goodluck

I took my phone in on a Wednesday to have my screen replaced. I was told it had to be ordered and would be in by Saturday. It did not arrive until Sunday and when it did come in, it was the wrong phone screen. They took my phone out of the case when ordering but ordered the wrong type. I dropped my phone off and asked them to call me when it was finished (still sunday) but he said no it will be one hour. I returned in the hour to find out they didnt even fix it, because they ordered the wrong screen type. Now they offered a refund or can order the correct type for $30 more dollars. This place has WASTED so much of my time in their errors and unprofessionalism. How hard is it to take a beer and call.someone. then when I mentioned that they wasted my time by not taking my nerves, he said I wasted his time bc he took my phone apart only to realize it was the wrong type.

Before having my phone fixed by this business I asked where they source their parts, I was assured by the business that they only use certified refurbished apple parts for repairs. Not only was this a blatant lie as my iPhone XS no longer has 3D Touch and the display is an LCD not an OLED. On top of this the display is separating from the chassis of the phone. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Went there to get an iPhone se 2020 battery replacement and they put in a fake apple battery in the phone I highly wouldnt recommend anyone to go here to get a battery replacement in there phone

They ordered the parts and completed the work as they said they would.There is only one little tiny air bubble underneath the lens which will undoubtedly drive me nuts but it is much better than the smashed screen that it had.

Been here twice so far, once for a new screen and once for the back glass on my phone. Best price in at least a 25 mile radius and fast, friendly service. If they have to order parts for you, theres not a huge markup.You can buy things on Amazon cheap and do it yourself, but if you dont know what youre doing, have the right tools or dont have time this is absolutely your best solution.

100% happy with ny repairs. Had 3 phones fixed with no issues. Only problem i had is they might not have the parts on hand, so they had fo order mine and it took about 2 weeks. Could be due to covid and deliveries still running behind. Over all i would use them again for sure.

If you want ripped off or to throw you money away than go here. If that’s not the case than GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Im giving this a 3 out of 5 as an average of my feelings on this.This past December I brought my Pixel 3 XL in for a screen repair after I had cracked the screen by dropping it. To their credit, the customer service was five stars. My main issue is that ultimately they were not able to successfully repair the phone. The first attempt resulted in some very buggy functionality with the pressure sensor on the sides and the brightness as well as the proximity sensor and a few other sensors. The speaker was also loose and that eventually let dust into the front facing camera, which made it virtually unusable. Again, to their credit they made several attempts to repair it. Each additional attempt was at their own expense, and they even offered to have the device shipped from New Jersey to their location for repair and then back to my house in New Jersey, but I ultimately decided against it.In summary, if you need a basic repair to get a phone functional for basic needs this is a great low budget option. And as I said the customer service is really awesome. But if you need that phone to be in a factory new state, then you should probably go with the factory approved repair locations.

Absolutely love this place cause they have great and reasonable prices and they dont try to do extra repairs or unnecessary repairs to ur electronics but they only fix what is broken or what u ask for. I have taken 2 of my 3 teenage daughters phones up there in the past month and I must say that i am pleasantly pleased with how quick they were and how cheap the repairs cost. It is also convenient for them to be located inside the Bristol Pinnacle so customers can drop off their electronics and go shop or eat for an hour without having to even get in their vehicles and drive somewhere else. Had my daughters iphone 7 screen replaced on Wednedsay. The screen cracked the very next day! They did unlock the phone for a reasonable $9.99. However, now her mic DOES NOT work and the screen does not work at the top even if you hold your finger down hard when u touch it. So we went from one problem to many others. The phone is pretty much worthless now without a microphone and working screen. And we paid $98.13 for all your services. Considering I only paid $150 for the phone before I would expect the phone to be in perfect working order again now. In my opinion, they are using cheap, thin screens to save money and do not care that they crack with the slightest touch. I read this in MANY other reviews but ignored it thinking I should give them a chance cuz their prices were about $15 better than the other places. PLEASE just pay the extra few bucks and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to fix any of your devices!

Took my iPhone 11 to get the screen replaced picked it up 10 mins before close the next morning both of my cameras quit working working as well as my Face ID and my iPhone now resets every 3-4 minutes When I tried to get in contact with the business the only responses I got were very rude and unprofessional would not recommend going

I wish no star was an option; 2 hour round trip to have phone repaired, the part they replaced in my phone failed within 30 minutes and could not charge my phone at all, another 2 hour round trip the next day for another charging plug, later that day noticed my finger print sensor was not working after they put my phone back together, another 2 hour round trip the next day to have that repaired! Not one apology nor any offer to refund any portion of my money!

Took phone to get charger port fixed and employee ended up making the phone not work at all. he refused to so anything to resolve the issue just asked if my phone has replacement insurance so my phone company could replace it. Waste of time and money. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

Great place for any phone repairs. Broke my phone screen all to pieces. They allowed me to come right in and walk out with a great new screen under 30 minutes. Great customer services. Also brother brought his phone in because he voice sounded muffled. They fixed it within 10 minutes and said it was on them. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Had a screen replaced and new battery, very friendly, Screen Quit working in about two weeks and I bring it to get repaired they tell me they can’t warranty it because the screen has a scratch? When I purchased this screen they also installed a tempered glass screen protector that was on it the whole time. When I picked the phone up it didn’t work the screen lights up looks fine but no touch they did get it working before I left but it is now doing that exact same thing and they won’t fix it. Very displeased with this customer service. I would not recommend any of their services with the unknown of whether or not they will Warranty. I see there are other similar reviews 🤔

Went to get my Apple Watch face reattached. Said they had to order the part and it would be a week. They would call when it was ready. I had to call them to find out it was ready.When I got there I picked the watch up and before I left the parking lot I was checking the watch out. The screen was still not attached. I took it straight back in and told the guy, his eyes got big as the bottoms of glass beer bottles. He said, “oh the adhesive did not work.”..... ok ... ask me to come back in 15 minutes. Come back in 15 minutes, he has the watch finally fixed. I noticed when I get home that he got glue all over the band. He must have to something to try to scape it off, gashing my band. It still had that glue all over it to. The watch is fix and I’m okay with it, but I’ll take my watch somewhere else next time

I dropped and cracked my screen. I used it for months but decided to get it “repaired”. This place had great service but the screen they put on my phone washed out all the original colors. It never worked right even sitting here 1.5 years later it still doesn’t work correctly. I have to apply more pressure to click on things and the touch isn’t sensitive like before. It constantly shorts out which requires me to soft reset my phone for it to even start working again. I wish I would have never gotten It replaced and it was a complete waste of money. If there is a next time I’m going to the Apple Store.

Wonderful Experience I walked in and my severely damaged phone screen was repaired in a hour. I can not say enough about how these days it is hard to find this type of service. Highly recommended by mean and not that I like to have to use these services but nice to know someone is there to repair them when you need it.

These guys rock! My phone suddenly died, and all the web diagnostics said to replace the battery. I didnt have the tools and patience to do it myself, so brought my phone here. They had to special order the battery, and after replacing it, the phone still didnt work, so they refunded the full repair price. Thats better than I expected.

I got hung up on because I wanted a phone number for a manager or owner after they let my husband and 5 year old son leave without a working phone! The worst customer service I have ever seen! They told me they gave him a phone for emergency services only after they were supposed to be replacing a screen that they said ( the one sent to them) was defective. Please NEVER use this horrible place! They may be cheaper but there is a reason!Edited to add I would give a ZERO stars at this point. My husband called today to see if his phone was ready. The informed him that they got ANOTHER bad batches of screens and it would be Wednesday before it would be done. We said no we will come to get it. When we came to get it they informed us that it wouldnt be able to be fixed at all. Ummmm all it was was a cracked screen. 🤷‍♀️

My IPHONE 6s’s screen went black I could not get it to work at all. Then I decided to take it to get fix I was worried about the price on getting a new screen put on. Went in expecting to have great customer service and was highly disappointed. The girl working barely looked at my device and said she couldnt do anything for the broken screen. I even brought my own screen into the store! I asked if she would try or at least look at the phone and she let me know its not worth it. As a customer service agent myself, I was very dissatisfied and obviously my business isnt wanted there. I wont be going back and will let my friends and family know not to waste an hours drive like I did.

This guy puts a new screen on my iphone Xs camera for $39. I walk out and look at it and the new one is cracked. I take it back in. He accuses me of dropping it. He rips that one off and tells me he dont have another screen but hes gonna help me out and give me a refund. Total joke. He put a piece of tape on the camera.

I had dropped my iPhone and ziggly lines covered the screen. I took it to My Phone Repair in Bristol TN and Derrick was the technician. I showed him my phone and he diagnosed it in seconds. It took him 20 minutes to replace the screen and cost $90- substantially cheaper than purchasing a new phone. The phone works perfect. I must commend Derrick for his professionalism and skill/experience at phone repair. Thank you!

This was the 2nd time Ive used Myphone repair. Been very satisfied both times. Quick service and reasonable price. Adam is a great guy to deal with.Now I need to address the reviewers who claim they had their screen replaced and it cracked again a few days or weeks later and theyre upset. Seriously? If your screen cracked again its because you cracked it! Stop trying to point the finger at someone, accept some responsibility for your own actions and stop being so clumsy! Maybe an old school flip phone is more your speed.

I took my Apple Watch here to have the screen fixed. Clearly the new screen was not sealed correctly because the very next day, it stopped working. They have now had it for over 2 weeks stating they would replace the screen under warranty when finally today they announce it is corroded due to water damage. Water damage that did not occur until after it was poorly fixed the first time. The “manager” states there is no one additional to speak to and refuses to refund any of the original cost of the replacement. Do not try to save money by having someone other than a professional fix an Apple product because you will end up spending nearly as much and completely lose your watch in the meantime.Terrible customer service. Terrible quality in repairs.

They are only getting one star because this is the least I can put. I had my phone fixed on Saturday and by Friday my phone screen cracked again. I didnt even drop my phone!!Went back to MyPhoneRepair because they claim to have a 90 day warranty. The boy working said the warrant does not cover physical damage.They replace the screen with CHEAP screens that do not hold up. VERY DISAPPOINTED in quality of product they claim to back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, WILL NOT GO BACK.

My phone and I have been used and abused by this place for 3 months. I took it I .for a cracked screen in July. The young technician who worked on it demolished my phone. First he put the screen on wrong, left the power button off and somehow broke the speaker. After a dozen or so trips I was rewarded with a new power button, no sound after Adam offered and promised a new speaker, a missing SIM card, and to top it off Adam hung up on me when I tried to discuss the situation with him. My advice DO NOT allow these people to touch your phone. I spent $90 on a screen and $100s in gas and time and now I have a broken cell phone that cant make calls and if it could I couldnt hear them.

My husband and I went in the store this afternoon after my husband called and told the person at the store he would be in to have his phone screen fixed today. Not one time was he told he needed to bring his phone in when I certain person was there to have it fixed. The boy behind the counter told my husband he would have to come back tomorrow when this certain person was there to have it fixed. Once my husband told the boy behind the counter he was not told that yesterday when he called. The boy just said you are still going to have to bring It back tomorrow. My husband turned around to leave and the boy behind the counter lowered his head and started laughing at my husband. This is unacceptable behavior from someone that is suppose to be helping you. I would give this company no stars but I have to fill something in. If you need your phone fixed go else where because this store doesnt take anything seriously. I ever went back in to get the screen we already paid for and was told by this kid we could not get it back because that is their company policy. I have to bring the phone back to the store tomorrow without appointment because I asked for one of those too, to have my husbands phone fixed. This is a company I will not deal with again.

I have an iPhone 7 plus that needed a new dock/port assembly replacement. I knew/know for a fact that the assembly was the problem. I work with and on phones every single day. Im NOT an idiot. I called MyPhoneRepair and they told me that it would be $50+tax for the repair. I get there to have my phone repaired and the guy said that it would be $60+tax. Whatever. I didnt care at that point, I wanted my phone fixed and I didnt have time to order the part and fix it myself. (bad mistake) The guy said that he could fix it and that it would take 30mins. I gave him time to fix it and when I got back to the store, he had replaced my battery instead of the dock assembly/port. My chargers do not work. I tested over 25 lightning cables and only 1 of them actually charged my phone. I have no idea how their charger worked, but mine didnt. Then the new battery drained EXTREMELY fast. It lost about 12%-15% every hour even when not being used. My original battery could keep a good charge for hours even watching videos the whole time. They replaced the battery again, and now it died and will not charge at all, and will not come on.So my advice is, unless you want to pay for very bad service on your device, do NOT take you device there to be worked on. Take it to CPR or Simply Mac in Johnson City. I have NEVER gave a bad review. I also herd SEVERAL horror stories about MyPhoneRepair but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt cause some people can not be satisfied no matter how good of work or service they get. NOPE!!! They just dont know what they are going. They should have just done what I asked them to do.

I needed a screen replaced so I came to this store hoping for help. They charged me 163.86 for a screen that within a day was already messed up. I am now using a friends phone for this comment because once again my screen is just as messed up and is completely black. They originally fixed my phone April 9th. Less than 30 days later, I called them for help and they told me I could come in and once again buy a new screen for another 163 dollars just so I can get my pictures off my old phone. I chose to buy a new phone instead and will not be able to retrieve my pictures and music thanks to the my phone repair store and their lack of customer service. The screen they fixed my phone with was a joke. I am alerting you so that you do not waste your money like I did. Opt for a new phone instead. Sincerely, Carrah

Took my 6s phone to get the screen replaced worked well for a few weeks then phone screen kept freezing when i would use it, my screen is now popping out from the side. was told i couldn’t it bring back and they couldn’t do anything because it was DAY 31. now i’m having to go buy a new phone 😒 definitely wouldn’t recommend this place it’s a waste of money.
