Cleveland Equipment is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for equipment products. I recently purchased their heavy duty stump grapple bucket. Their customer service is second to none. They are very responsive, timely return calls & emails and go out of their way to earn your business and keep your business. You simply cant find that type of customer experience nowadays. My personal experience with Jeff was very good. His responsiveness to my order and follow-up was excellent. I own South Shore Design Services, a hardscape /Landscaping business on Long Island New York. I plant a lot of trees, so I was really looking forward to purchasing a set of nursery jaws. I looked for used, only to find old/rusty ones with beat up hoses for 2-3k. I did a lot of searching. I happened to stumble upon Cleveland equipment selling “Branco” brand. I was able to purchase new for 3200.00 shipping was reasonable as well. I ordered mine on Wednesday, and Friday they are delivered to my dock, in excellent condition. Let me tell you the quality wasWAY better than they described, these things are heavy duty, I hooked them right up to play!!Worked flawlessly and I couldn’t be any happier w price, shipping or quality.
