I had $15,000.00 for a down payment on a 2015 Tahoe. Excellent credit and a trade in. After driving an hour to get there, Copeland was unable to sell me the Tahoe. Why? Because I live temporarily in Massachusetts. They have no way to :1. Issue me a massachusetts registration,2. Transfer my truck tags from my Michigan truck, or3. Issue me a temporary registration to get back to register it myself in Michigan.What kind of state is this?Why didnt they tell me this before driving an hour each way???!!

Great experience with purchasing a car however I recommend you do not purchase the extended Warranty. I traded in the car For another Chevy and Ive been 10 months trying to get reimbursement Prorated for This warranty. Ive been working with nick who does not return phone calls.

The service department is the worst, the way they talk to you and the lack of communication. I will never go there again for anything.Of course when you purchase a vehicle, they treat you so well and tell you how they will take care of any service issues. That is not the case! I took off any decals or license plate frames that have the dealership name on them, I don’t want anyone to know where I purchased my truck.I just purchased a SUV from another dealer and if they treated me better when it came to my service issues with my truck, I would have bought it at Copeland.Pick any dealership but this one!

Its been a long time since I had a good experience at a dealership. Copeland Chevrolet just broke that streak. What a nice place to buy a car. From the lady who greets you as you walk in the door, to Bill the internet salesman, to Geoff my salesman, and Mario in the finance dept. Every single person from Copeland that I met there was cheerful, professional, and helpful. The employees there obviously care about the most important thing - the customer. The process to get my new Silverado HD was painless and quick. They installed a bunch of accessories and the parts department employee was very helpful. I will buy my next new car from them and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Im not exactly sure what happen what should have been a fairly quick visit turned out to be a 7 hours wait, before we were given a rental car. This was a bit too much and now I still need to go back because my second key needs to be reprogramed. It never worked to begin with and now I think I know why.

Appointment was scheduled for 7:20AM. After several texts in the previous 24hrs reminding me that my appointment was at 7:20 I arrived ten minutes early. Check in service was fine.I opted to have an early service so I would be able to get an answer on what was ailing my car early and make a decision on repairs. At 2:40 I placed a call to the dealership to get an update on the estimate and was shocked to hear that there was no answer to that question at that time. The fact that I had to reach out was frustrating enough and to be told that the dealership had still not been able to determine was wrong with my car was even more infuriating.An hour later I got a call back and was provided a vague explanation of what the issue was and what the quote would be. The rep advised that they still werent sure if the quote was solid because more parts could be needed once the work was started. $3,800 quote and potential to be higher. After spending the entire day with my car this response was disappointing. I was told I could pick up my car at 4:00. A single hour before close. Leaving me with few options to secure a ride back to the dealership.1st time Ive felt compelled to provide feedback and this is a result of multiple subpar services Ive had at this dealership. Hope this helps to improve the customers experience going forward.P.S rideshare service to get me home was helpful and driver was friendly.

I had a great experience with Copeland Chevrolet. Service advisor, Doug Samaha checked me in on arrival. Doug gave me an estimate on time finished and estimate of service bill. Doug called me and kept me informed of the repair. Picked up my car and everything was perfect and the service tech did a multi-point vehicle inspection and provided recommended repairs. I will most likely return to Copeland Chevrolet for future maintenance and repair.

I would give this 0 stars if possible...Horrendous service from the service department. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours and nothing was done to my car, and the estimate they gave me for this SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT was 1 hour for completion.My father had the same experience 10 years back under a different owner, and clearly nothing has changed.This is post-COVID restrictions, so no excuse can be given there for slow service.There is nothing they can do to make this right in my eyes, as two hours of my life is gone. Will never be returning and will tell everyone I know to never come here.

There were closer dealerships to me but copeland seemed to have a larger inventory. That along with some positive reviews from friends are why I went there. We came to a deal relatively quickly. I let them know where I needed to be, price wise, and they made it happen. Cant ask for more than that.

Last oil change and tire rotation along with 50,000 service pkg it took 20 minutes which I thought was awful quick to complete that much work. This last oil and tire rotation took over a hour. I scheduled this appointment. When I asked why so long your c/s rep gave some half baked reasons like very busy appt was at 10am or something about the tech was late????

In 2018 I was searching for a newer Silverado 1500, I had cash at the time and was looking for something specific. I had found what I wanted at a couple of other dealerships. 1 would hold the vehicle for 3 days with $300.00 down. When I asked how long they wold hold it with $ 1000.00 down it was still 3 days. I called another dealership with a similar truck, and just by chance there was someone looking at that vehicle right now and I needed to rush to Braintree. if I wanted it. Needless to say neither one sold a vehicle to me. At this point I would be ready to purchase in a week. I called Copeland Chevrolet on a Saturday in my pajamas, put $500.00 down for them to hold it for a week. Test drove it, an hour or two after it was delivered from the auction house on Monday, and one of things I had expressed I might want in the vehicle was a bed liner and the salesman intuitively had it installed and the vehicle prepped by Friday. My wife and I are extremely happy with the vehicle. What little service it has needed has been handled in a reasonable amount of time and professionally. The dealership feels a little bit sterile walking in, but I have a lot of respect in the fact that they dont play games here, and that makes up for it in spades.

I brought my car in to have my air conditioner fixed. I got the call that my car was ready. I paid approx. $1,700 and drove away. Within 2 minutes, my vent was blowing hot air. I immediately drove back to the dealership and brought it to their attention. After about 30 minutes of them testing it, they came back and said something under the dashboard also needed to be fixed. I was not happy. They obviously did not check their own work or tested the air conditioner. The manager said it was tested and would run for 20-30 seconds, so it was fixed, even though hot air was coming out of the drivers side vent. When I expressed my concerns, the manager kept arguing that the air conditioner was fixed. He argued with my husband and me for at least 10 minutes. I was forced to leave my car there for another 4 days (4th of July weekend) and spent an additional $275. Their complete dismissal of my complaints and the unnecessary arguing was ridiculous and uncalled for. Horrible treatment of a paying customer.

I purchased a 2016 Silverado 2500 certified used from Copeland Chevrolet in 2019. The purchase experience was good and sales team was professional. However after driving the truck I immediately noticed some drag, or resistance. ( Ive driven many 3-4 /1 ton trucks to compare). I brought it to the service department and was told it was normal. Through further inspection I discovered that one of the front wheels would not spin when lifted in the air. After multiple appointments and attempted fixes by the service department that never worked, my limited warranty expired and Copeland would not fix. They apparently sell people damaged vehicles for 30k+. Minimal effort involved, like many dealers I guess they just want your money and don’t stand by what they sell.

He had me drive 45 min to Brockton on a Friday at 3:30 in the afternoon by telling me one thing and then telling me something else when I got there. He straight up baited me into driving out there with one offer and then gave me a completely different offer. He was so rude about the whole thing. If you do business there DO NOT WORK with Nick. He is a shady guy who will do whatever it takes to get your money.

The bed cover looks great. Thank you Max’s They were also doing a inspection sticker but told me the plates were expired. I just leased the truck and the plates were active and had a active registration. Then they say the plate cover is not legal well the dealership put it on. They could have just taken a screwdriver and taken it off may I remind you again they put it on when they moved my plates. I have never had a problem with it in the past. I was so disappointed. It’s one thing after another.

I bought a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss (May 2020 but not from Copeland) and after 11 months of ownership (9100 miles on Truck) I scheduled an appt for service due to a rattle I heard from under the truck. The truck has never even seen a dirt road or been off road since the purchase. I was told the left front axle needed to be replaced. ( A new truck needs an axle? little shocking to me!) The dealership replaced and told me they took it for a road test and everything was all set. Not 100 feet out of the parking lot the rattle continued. I drove it home thinking they road tested it and should be all set and that the rattle might stop but it didnt. I brought the truck back the following morning at 7:30am. The service manager jumped into my truck and came for a road test and within 50 feet in the dealership parking lot he heard the rattle under the truck. The dealership needed to diagnose the truck again. I was not offered a loaner but they offered me a ride. By the end of the day I was now told the truck needed a new strut and they needed to order the part and they will contact me once it comes in. I went back to the dealership to pick up the truck and brought it home and parked it in my driveway. 11 days after I left the dealership I contacted them to see what the status is of the part because I have not heard from them. I spoke to service who transferred me to the parts dept. I asked the associate in the parts dept about the status of the part being delivered so I can schedule an appt to have the truck fixed. I was put on hold for approx 2 min and to have the parts dept associate tell me, We will have to call you back in the morning with an update. Another 48 hours has passed and I still have not heard from the dealership about the status of the part to fix the truck. Im very disappointed with the communication from the dealership. What burns me more is that I worked very hard to be able to afford this expensive new truck and I feel like its a lemon!! Thats not the dealerships fault!! BUT how does a brand new truck with 9100 miles need a front left axle and strut replacement??? These are not run of the mill wear and tear issues. These are major parts of the vehicle and they failed. What else is going to go wrong with it???? I feel like GM should replace the truck with another new 2020 Trail Boss and take mine for research & development to find out why this happened. VERY DISAPPOINTED with my purchase of a GM vehicle

Horrible service!On 11/12/19, I brought my 2007 Chevy Colorado for an oil change. Once the service was completed, I was brought to the cashier, and paid $63.05. I obtained a receipt and Mult-point inspection forms. The Mult-point inspection forms indicated all green and proceeded to the check in desk to retrieve my truck. The truck was parked in the bay and advised by employees that the keys was in the truck. I looked in the truck however, I could not locate the keys. I went back in and advised the employee that the keys was not in the truck. After ten minutes looking for the keys, one of the employees located the keys in the back room and I finally cleared the facility.Once I got home, I parked in front of the house. Later in the day, I went outside to retrieve my truck and noticed a pool of what appeared to be engine oil under the truck. I then inspected under the truck and observed a substantial amount of oil on the pan.I contacted the Dealer and advised them of my finding. I was rescheduled to bring the truck again the following day.The truck was dropped off and inspected. The service adviser stated that the truck was leaking power steering fluid and provided me an estimated quote at $961.85. He stated, “you have to fix it man”. I told him I would call in later date to schedule service.I took the truck to nearby shop. The mechanic inspected it and stated that they had spilled an oil on the engine pan. He also inspected the power steering reservoir and found no leaks.SMH, what a shame… The one start is to thanks Google for the opportunity to review Copeland Chevy Dealer in Brockton.BTW,The truck is running without any issues as of the date of this review.

Copeland exceeded my expectations by addressing a Chevrolet manufacturers defect that was disclosed when I purchased the vehicle in July.Since this is a new vehicle, I wouldn’t expect too many issues at this point however I’m confident that I can rely on Copeland to support my vehicle maintenance and service requirements.

I am absolutely in love with my new car! From the minute I walked in the door I was met by a friendly face and introduced to my salesperson, Russ. He really listened to what I was looking for and my price point and worked with me tirelessly until We found the right car for me. Working with the Finance Dept. was great, he explained every detail and made sure I understood everything I was signing. The one thing that stood out was how personable everyone I talked with was. They all really made the car buying experience easy. I have already suggested to friends and family to check out Copeland Chevy for their next car!

I had previously been working with another non affiliated Chevy dealer but looking on line I saw a few more options and possibly better pricing so I decided to make an appointment. From walking up to Laura her introducing me Russell then meeting the receptionist while waiting for my test drive you could tell everyone wanted to be there and that it was their pleasure to help ensure my experience was excellent. The receptionist even gave some advice on some local things as I am new to the area and wrote them down from me. Needless to say I bought a new car a 21 over the 20 the other dealership was pushing and was able to receive it that night. Even when signing my paperwork to complete my sale felt as if I was completing paper work with a person who was recommending addons because of the personal necessity not a sales person pushing up the price. I even got a call from Scott the next morning making sure the 1st night with that car was great! Well done Copeland Chevy!

I came in for a scheduled a tire rotation and recall service. I asked that my car be charged while it was work on. It was not charged, which meant I had to stop at a Nissan dealer on the way home to cape cod. Additionally, the tire pressure was set to 36 PSI when the specifications are for 38 psi.

Worst service department ever, tell you one thing and never follow through. They tell you parts have been ordered, but never were. Book service appointments with you then tell you they have no record of your appointment. Have co complained to Management without any recourse absolute the worst customer service experience ever in my life.

Victoria in sales and Nick and Finance made this the smoothest transaction Of buying a car ever. Also it’s my second time having to buy a car due to a car being declared a total loss, there was zero delays with Copeland can’t say that about my last Transaction 2 years ago at a different dealership. Copeland also located the exact car I wanted and had there the next day . Put it this way the dealership 2 years ago played fishy games and took 2 weeks to get the car to the dealership. Copeland was a 5 star experience, showed me how to use the cars features, and didn’t rush through it, and answered my questions, along with follow up calls. Thank you!! Highly recommend them!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First of all, my father was a GM employee and there was no way to get an authorization number to use his employee discount. Neither me nor your sales associate could talk to a human being regarding this problem.Then from there, it was a battle to get the employee deal. The salesman then figured out a way to get the same terms for the Traverse we wanted. However, on the day of pick up, we asked him if my loan terms would be the same...72 months. He assured us that it was. I just received my terms of agreement and it says 75 months. I know I should have double checked the contract, but I also didn’t expect to be lied to. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
