Everything was going great until....Stop by the store today to check out what they have and saw a decent washer/dryer set. The cool friendly guy that came out to help me prices me at $500. Which is my max for used appliances.... then a lady comes down speaking Spanish to tell me its $600 instead.... I absolutely hate when businesses use this bs tactic. Its so untrustworthy. Maybe it was $600 and really a mistake but idk this happens too often in stores with no price tag. So a 3 right now maybe in the future Ill change my rating for more or less, if I come back. They have a variety and the guy had great service. Im not gonna give a 1 just because of the situation

Staff is very nice, polite and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not hold items for you so if you see something you like you should buy it as quick as you can.

Ex employee here, Im simply going to tell you guys the truth about these guys. The place is poorly managed, the owner lies about his name to customers so his name isnt effected by the fact that him and his partner willingly sell shoddy and defective product. We were trained to lie about several things with our products such as age, condition, where we got them, ect. Regularly received calls about defective products and frequently would ignore customers trying to use the warrenty offered so the work wouldnt have to be done. Frequently postponed delivery and repair of product due to incredibly stupid screw ups. Dont buy from these people. They will do nothing but take your money and run, even went as far as to steal their gas for heat in the building, showing just how dishonest this company is. I honestly wouldnt have said anything about this if it wasnt for the fact that the owners couldnt get the balls to fire me themselves. Instead sent me home and had another employee call to tell me they no longer needed my services with zero explanation as to why. Ive also reported this company to the BBB and tax services due to income taxes not being paid by either the company or the employees. With all payments to employees being untaxed, under the table. Long story short, this company will lie to you about what your buying, they will screw you on repairs, they will take your money without a second thought and will treat you like trash if you even suggest a refund.

These guys will take your money and sale you broke appliances and not refund your money the owner told me he was the supervisor. Terrible business dont get taking advantage of.
