Theres an older lady who works there who doesnt know what shes doing and is rude.I tried to reload a prepaid card and she said that they dont do that. Then when I (the customer) had explained to her how to do it she then said I couldnt used a debit card to reload it. She creates her own rules because she doesnt understand how something works.I left and went to a different Dollar General with a more friendly and competent staff who let me do the reload with no issues. I know staffing is hard right now but please use a little more discernment when hiring people.

I truly enjoy Shopping at all Dollar General Stores. Heartbroken that the one closest to my Home was burned down, but this store is nice too. All the Employees are Nice and Helpful. The Store is Clean, well stocked for the most part.

There was not cashier we had to go find someone and the poor lady that was in line in front of us was being so patient. My wife and I didnt have all night to wait found the cashier stocking makeup she had no ideal people were waiting. The cooler for the pop was warm.

Cashier was rude...their are very nice ppl that work there but the cashier that checked me out today was rude. The guy in front of me was putting his bags in his cart when the cashier says next!...I wasnt able to get to the counter until that guy was done which I guess was too long for her so while she is looking at me says I guess no body is next in line...

Staff was helpful and genuinely nice.

Its not very crowded and they usually have they the little odd things I need in a pinch.

I visit this Dollar General at least 3x a week and I absolutely love it! The shelves are always stocked, the aisles are clean and in order, and the staff are helpful. This is a great place to go!

Employees are very helpful and nice. Always find something I can use and need.

Make sure to check that you have all your bags before leaving because the cashier packs them but doesnt make sure you have them all!

Typically have what Im looking for, but this location in particular is in desperate need of an update. Store always seems dirty and cluttered, plus the lines are always long and slow. They have a few great cashiers though!

The store labeled the wrong aisle with 90% off tags. I asked to make sure what I was getting was included in the sale. I had to hunt down a staff member. When I found someone she didnt know so she asked another staff member. That staff member came over and said my items were not on sale and moved the sign to the right aisle. I thought stores had to honor the prices that are displayed, but i guess not.

My experience here is 50/50. One time was good and one time was bad the first time I came in here the lady was very rude to me. But the second time I came in I met the manager and she was a delight

Had what I wanted a a cheap price.

I hit the wrong button on the card reader and the transaction cancelled. I said, out loud, Oops, I hit the wrong button.The girl working register told me that if I dont have enough money in my account I need to hit credit. Brilliant assumption about my financial situation, but it was wrong and, to be honest, not very good customer service.
