I literally called to ask questions cause i was curious. Excuse me if my English isn’t perfect im not from America . The guy at the store jus hanged up in my ears! Like howw rudee!!!

The gentleman at store was very helpful with my questions. The phones were all reasonably priced, he even installed the case and screen protector on the new phone for me. I’ve been to other metro stores but this one was the best, and I’ll keep coming here and recommending it to others.

I called and inquired about a battery, but never got an answer because the salesperson immediately started trying to sell me a new phone. While I appreciate his knowledge of the products hes selling, if I ask about a battery, Im probably looking for an answer about a battery. If I ask about a new phone, thats when you sell me a new phone.

There customer service has been pretty great and they offer great deals for the price everyone cant afford an 800.00 phone as long as there phones are deceit and one thing with cell phones you will pretty much always have to replace them

Mo helped me out picking a good phone. He actually had good stock of phones most metro try to sell you on what they have cuz they dont have what ya want. This is where I go . and if he dont have it he tries to find it for you. Good store

I had a great experience at this location. First time I actually felt comfortable dealing with a metro representative. I went to the location in North Olmsted right next to georgios pizza and the guy was very rude and overcharged me Everytime I walked in. Even for my bill it was ridiculous. RICk was VERY helpful helped me switch 4 lines and gave me all 4 for phones free and gave me 50% OFF my accessories. He even helped me switch all my information. Im a older guy Im not tech savvy. I would recommend ANYONE whos in need of saving money monthly on your bill, wants free phones, or great customer service then come to this location!

The worst experience with someone who supposedly is helping the community. He scammed out of my 2 yr contract that was awesome and now Im left with a plan that doesnt fit and Ill never be able to work with the plan. Plus he took my phone and told me it was part of the deal. No it was so he could wipe me totally out of metros system. Gotcha!

I just reported this business to the City. We dont need this kind of behavior. This dealer ripped me and my girl friend off for over 400 bucks. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE They are liars and thieves!

The woman at the counter was the rudest to me and my boyfriend. She wouldnt even help us. She told us to leave. Go to another provider. Horrible customer service. Their A1 since day 1.
