Amazing service!! Huge portions! We showed up at 8:50 when they close at 9 and they were very pleasant and then a guy showed up at 9:01 and they had already locked the door. Got myself a good ole double scoop in a cup. One peanut butter overdose and one chocolate blackout. After receiving the two biggest scoop of ice cream of my life I felt like I was at home. This Ice cream shop has the best dang service that I have ever experience. The girl behind the counter wore her mask with pride she truly deserves a raise or at least employee of the month between the service and the mask wearing. Then some mean people came in and were very loud. But that did not tamper with my experience.

My first visit and definitely will return. Enjoyed the Dawg Pound Sundae, unbelievably decadent. Look forward to trying all the other flavors of ice cream. The staff was very polite and friendly. Very clean and conscientious of this covid world we are living in.

Love Love LOVE the Ice Cream here! Lived in Cleveland for awhile where I found this amazing place and now travel back from PA every now and then for this sweet treat. Amazing different flavors at a good price.

First off... make sure your open hours are recorded correctly on google and your web page. Second... if you are closed dont make your inside customers inform your potential misinformed customers outside that you have closed. Lock the door or do it yourself. Otherwise your service has been exceptional in the past. Thank you!

When I came in I noticed that there were a couple girls outside. One girl walked in the front door the other one went through the back door. She asked could she help me and I said, absolutely, as soon as you wash your hands. She washes her hands and she did it with a smile. She was also very pleasant after that. My suggestion is, as Subway does, wash your hands every time you come from the back of the store. I noticed a sink right in front so they could wash their hands, when coming from the back, so everyone knows their hands are clean.Great Malts.

I have been at Lumpy’s a few times and let me say that I have been served with wonderful people working there and the different ice creams have been magnificent. I love the ice cream shop Lumpy’s inside and thank you for having picnic tables it is so relaxing.Thank you all at Lumpy’s. 🍧🍦🥰😜🤪

My husband took me and the kids here 2 weeks ago and OMGoodness!!!! It was the best ice cream Ive ever had in my 31 years of life! They were friendly and so clean. They also allow you to taste before you choose.

Never been there before. Supposed to open at noon, 12:30 no one was there and door was locked. Sent them a message on Facebook advising of this, got no response! If the hours are not correct on Google or Facebook they should be corrected. Not a great way to do business and I am not wasting my time again!!!
