My wife & I have purchased from this store a few times and been very happy with their service. Nancy has helped us each time and she is very knowledgeable and guided us well in our selections. Customer service is great, delivery exceeded expectations and the quality of the furniture very good. We look forward to buying more furniture here!

It took way too long and when I wanted to cancel after 5 months I was told I could not! I was told that the finish was what I had with my other chairs and that they only changed the name. The finish was not the same. I also told my sales rep to use a different email address and he never did. All in all, for a store like Ethan Allen I expected more.

I had an excellent experience with Ethan Allen. I worked with Lisa from the Brookfield, Wi store. She was knowledgeable and responsive. The selection of fabrics is vast and provided lots of variety. Lisa created a floor plan which ensured that everything would fit and integrated the pieces we wanted to keep with new ones. Our living room turned out better than I could have hoped. The delivery was sooner than expected and everything was as ordered. Lisa did a good job of keeping me informed all along the way.

Glenn Mielke is a fabulous designer! The master bedroom and great room look beautiful with the furniture he suggested and I purchased. He also helped with accent pieces and rearranging my books and pieces on my wall of bookcases. He gave my house a total new look that I love!

I have work with Glen on several projects. He has a vision, he has passion, energy and pride. He gets the job done right every time. He continues to learn and be relevent and he is ontop of the trends. I also live in subdivision where new model homes are being built. I can tell when I walk into a model which ones Glen has done and which ones he has not done. His work is amazing. You cannot go wrong when you hire Glen.

It was great working with Alvin! He explained about the many different options we could choose from in customizing our new couch. We love the style, length and texture of it. The quality of the couch was well worth the couple of months it took to make it.

We purchased a custom order recliner with our choice of leather with the motorized mechanism. It was estimated that it would take approximately 12 weeks to delivery. It arrived in 4 weeks which was great! My husband loves his new favorite comfy chair! It is great looking! Our designer/salesperson Nancy was awesome! It was an all around positive experience!

This is our second experience working with Ethan Allen. Our designer, Marilyn, gave us exceptional service each time (16 years apart)!! She came into our home to measure our space, then to show us the fabric samples we had chosen in the store. We can only speak highly of Marilyn’s creative eye. We are excited to see our new furniture.

After on-line shopping, I decided to Id rather shop live at Ethan Allen. I was lucky enough to work with Wendy Lee Williams. Wendy really listened to my style preferences and the way we live. She visited our new condo before and after I made decisions to ensure everything worked well in our space. We also met several times at the store. She provided me with well-curated selections that showed shed truly listened to me. She quickly provided new choices when I asked for different fabrics/rug. She respected my budget and focused on the elements that set the tone and style for our home. Im very excited to see it all come together and I know Wendy Lee will be with me every step of the way.

It was a pleasure walking the floor looking for a coffee table in just the right shape for my family room. The sales person who waited on me was patient and went out of her way to find a table that I liked in the right shape. She followed up on the delivery and made sure everything was handled properly. Great Experience all the way around!

A recent reviewer said the design experience here is highly dependent upon the consultant you get. Agreed. We were looking to update our entire first floor, but were really disappointed by the consultant that came to our home from Ethan Allen. Definitely a chain store feel with exaggerated prices to instill their high-end reputation. The same high quality can be found at many design stores, so working with knowledgable and pleasant designers is what really matters. Will not look to Ethan Allen in Brookfield again for our redecorating needs.

Good quality, a lot of attention to details. Pricey, but in the same category as competitors. Custom made products may take few months to arrive. A lot depends on your consultant, some are good, some are not so good...

The product in the end was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but the communication and attention to detail with multiple sales staff fell short of expectations. The first attempt, I received the wrong bed and after waiting many months I finally got what I had asked for in the first place.

I loved our designer Liz Falls. She was so helpful. I love how they come to your house and measure,show you samples and help with questions before you buy. If you buy clearance it’s sold as is. I don’t get what people don’t understand about that. I like buying new with a protection plan.

Extremely poor “after the sale” follow up and support. Especially for the price. Furniture delivered was the wrong color and damaged. I would not go here again or recommend it to anyone.

One star... doesnt deserve that. I have never in my life worked with such apathetic people. My deisgner, Liz Falls out of Brookfield WI. Once she made the sale there was no follow up. I ordered close to 15,000$ worth of furniture and I cant get my final purchase delivered to me. Its been in delivery for 6 weeks. I finally made some additional calls and got some action out of Green Bay. So if youre doing business out of Brookfield WI, dont walk away from them, RUN!!! If you are truly looking for quality furniture, look for Drexel/Haritage.
