Great selection of most things you need. If you like IPAs which I dont they have a ton of them. I enjoy hitting up the limited release looking for barrel aged stout.

Love this place. Walked in just to make a pit stop before going home and OMG. I have never been into a store of this magnitude and honestly didnt know they existed. I have been into big stores but this right here was something different. So many options I think I was in there for 30 minutes trying to decide. The staff was pleasant and helpful and prices were very reasonable. I used to work down the street from here but now I work closer to home but honestly its worth the 30 minute commute for me. You get what you pay for so if that means going 30 minutes for great service and great prices and great options Im going for it. Out of 5 stars this place for me is a 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We blew a tire in the parking lot corner by Fresh Thyme. Jordan works at Total Wine and so graciously helped us change the tire. Well, he did all of the main work. Jordan was so kind and and selfless and made good conversation while also speaking very highly of his job, boss, and coworkers. This place has everything! They also have a great staff thats willing to advise you and help you out. The prices are a little high, but its quality items that you cant find everywhere. The store is well organized and clean. The selection is almost overwhelming!

What I love about this place pretty much any beer you need they have it, I stopped at 3 different places to find this Foggy Geezer beer. Nobody had it, but Total Wine did. I am done shopping beer anywhere else. I am not a big wine drinker but store is half wine & half beer.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I cant even begin to explain how grateful I felt to Keith, Liz and Linda of Total Wine for their help in navigating the alcohol purchase for our wedding. We walked in pretty unprepared (and rather overwhelmed) with a list of alcohol amounts to purchase from our wedding bartenders, but no plan on the exact types/brands to pick. Without a moments notice, the team at Total Wine swooped in to our rescue and helped us navigate through the entire store: giving recommendations, helping brainstorm our budget, and keeping us laughing the entire time! I cannot say enough good things about our experience! Highly recommend to any and all brides/grooms--they even shared that, with a bit more notice, they could have had a sit-down sampling and full planning session with us. Wish we had thought of reaching out to Total Wine sooner!

Like the store; however, when approached by a middle aged gentleman who worked there, he said he couldnt help me find the wine I was looking for until I put on a mask. He acted like I had the plaque..I was not sick, nor did I look sick. I put my mask on, he pointed to where my wine was and quickly moved on somewhat rudely to show his disapproval of my not wearing a mask when I came in to the store. If the masks work so well, then his mask should protect HIM. I wish people would educate themselves and realize what is really going on here and how easily most people are willing to give up their freedom for a virus that is less lethal than influenza. If you think a mask protects you and you want to wear a mask, fine; but dont force me to wear a mask and become a part of the hysteria.

While looking at the wine I had a staff member approach me. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and was able to select a wine for me in my price range that was still premium. Very friendly and respectful staff!

Ive had trouble with online orders. 1. they dont list vintages for many wines. 2. When they do, they at times have dumped older, over-the-hill vintages on me.In general, they stock a lot of older vintages, and not in a good way, in we dont sell enough wine to move our inventory way. Also, their international section of wines is a real hit or miss mess, bottle of the barrel for most regions. Good for beer and spirits, but be careful with the vino.

My go to for hard to find and special drinks. The staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. If you haven’t been here you must be a Busch light drinker or something.

Its really hard to walk out of this place without a cartload of wine. They have wonderful pricing and selection. The staff is always very helpful and goes out of their way to greet you and ask how they can help.

I have shopped at this location many times before due to the convenience and great selection. Today I arrived at around 6:56pm, thinking the store was open until 9pm like normal (turns out it was only open until 7pm today). I walked to the beer section and was stopped by a clearly annoyed employee who asked if he could help me find something. I told him I was just looking, to which he replied, Well, we close in like 2 minutes, so get what you need and get out. I was a bit shocked to say the least, especially since there were still two different groups in the liquor section with sales associates talking through selections. Thats worse customer service than Pick-n-Save. Ill be going elsewhere with my business from here one out - Im willing to pay a bit more for less bizarre service.

Went in with my husband to buy a bottle of brandy as a gift. At checkout, he was paying and the cashier asked for both of our licenses. I had to go out to the car and then she wouldnt accept it because I have a temporary license from the dmv and apparently they dont allow those. Guess you cant go to total wine if you recently renewed your license.

But they were giving these 4, clearly adults a hard time after they all had real ID’s and we’re all over 21. Threatened to call the cops for absolutely no reason, and after they all said call the cops because we are all 21 and stood by the counter the guy wanted them to leave SO badly. Worst customer service i have ever seen in my 40 years of life. DO NOT go here. EVER. Did I mention they never called the cops because they were in the wrong????????

Wish we had one in my home town, with 1/6 kegs in stock, you dont have to place a order in weeks before you want on. This place has a wide variety of different types of beers, wines and hard liquors. Very knowledgeable staff

5/5 for their outstanding selection and pricing. 1/5 for the service. I consistently visit during the week and am always caught in between stocking (specifically the craft beer aisle). Over the last four visits, I’ve yet to be acknowledged and feel like a nuisance for getting in the way. Would make a world of difference to have a connection with an employee who shares the same appreciation for local brews as I do!

Or maybe it is something that we have searched other places for and could not find. Chances are, Total Wine & More has what you are looking for!The employees are always knowledgeable and willing to help with any of your needs. If you are trying to find something specific, or just have a question about something, the employees are great at helping you with what you need.

The experiences at this store are so inconsistent, it can be great on all accounts then the other spectrum total arrogance. And the arrogance comes from the supervisors/leaders.Selection of product/value is the strong attribute. Save yourself the grief of having to interact with the so called leadership of this establishment do curbside pickup.It is such a downslide from when this store opened and its apparent the C Suite thinks all is fine. Arrogance starts at the top

Everytime I come to this store for shopping it seems they happen to only stop me and other POC. Ask if we need help, my understanding working in places like these is you only really ask people that if you suspect them of stealing. I would love to say this isnt the case and I am over reacting. But, I have gone there multiple times expecting a different outcome. Everytime I walk in if I am not being asked what I need help with, I generally spot them asking other POC if they need help and what their PRICE RANGE is. I dont see white people being asked those questions, I see white people asking them for help.

It is difficult to write a good review about a place that takes so much of my money! I cannot get out of there without spending too much!The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even more importantly, everyone I talk to in their respective departments is extremely knowledgeable.I am still learning about wines, especially imported wines, and I have come to rely on them to point me in the right direction. From more expensive French, Italian, and German wines, to inexpensive domestic choices, their recommendations have always been spot on.In the spirits area I am more knowledgeable and can spot good prices. Their prices are always either competitive with other places or better (usually better).The beer selection is equally as good as everything else.The one thing I have not had a chance to experience yet is the cigar humidor. Although I have no reason to doubt it is any less fantastic as the rest of the store.

Everytime I walk through the doors its like walking through the gates of heaven. I swear you can hear Angels singing when you pass through the doors. The selection here is phenomenal. I could spend hours in the booze section alone. If wine and beer are your thing they have aisles of both. Just make sure you have plenty of time especially if it is your first visit.

This is the only place around that carries Siesta Key coconut rum. This is the best coconut rum around. It is made with real toasted coconut. I just wish they had a store in Illinois.

Total Wine and Liquor may be the best store Ive ever been to for alcohol and heres why:1. Cleanliness. Hands down one of the cleanest stores Ive been in. Layout of the store is like a larger sized grocery store with clearly labeled isles and a large quantity of each to find products.2. Knowledgeable staff. All staff Ive worked with has been incredibly helpful and really knows their products. They have specialists on staff so whether beer is your thing or scotch is your thing, they have a quality team of professionals that are ready to answer your questions.3. Variety of products. Multi thousand dollar bottles of liquor behind glass to 99 cent samples this place really has a lot of products.Overall, ever since we discovered Total Wine and Liquor, we often make the 30 to 45 min trip to get the quality products we know they will have. Also its very common for us to go their for one or two things and end up leaving with a lot more. Great job Total Wine! You guys continue to make our experiences great and we thank you so much for providing us with such a great place to shop at.

Chances are if you are looking for it, they probably have it. The store is major food store sized but full of and all about spirits, beers, beverages and anything you need to go with them. Prices are always good and the staff is helpful when needed.

My husband & I went to Total Wine & More to buy a bottle of wine for a wedding gift & we knew nothing much about it... within a couple minutes of browsing a very kind older gentleman helped us & he was so helpful that he turned it into a simple & positive experience! He showed us some great choices in our price range & we were able to decide in minutes!The store is huge & very nice! I highly recommend it. If you feel overwhelmed or unknowlegeable, then please ask a sales person, the customer service was wonderful!

Wow! If I ever need wine, I know where to go. This place is huge with such a large selection of wine. I also enjoyed the large varieties of other liquors they stocked. The prices were competitive, not that I would need to seek it out for a cheap $8 bottle of a popular bottle of wine, but they did have some good sales prices. The staff were knowledgeable and forward friendly and offered to help quite often. Recommended.
